J'ai fait un pop socket custom. Lors de la mise dans le panier le design s'est décalé et laissait un bord vide. J'ai contacté le SAV qui m'a répondu dans la journée. Il n'y avait ni retour ni remboursement possible mais ils m'ont donné un code pour que je puisse repasser commande totalement gratuitement !

I am a first time Popsockets purchaser. I places an order and then tries to chat with them to ask a question. No one ever responded to my chat. There is also no phone number where you can get a human. My order later shipped and I received a product I could not use. I had to pay return shipping, but that could have been avoided if they’d responded to my chat or had a phone number I could call. It was unclear on their site whether I could use the product or not. I hate that I had to pay return shipping for something I never opened or used, especially when I tried reaching out to them before my order was shipped. While I really like the case and wallet I purchased, I won’t be shopping with them again.

I paid for express shipping which their site defined as 3-6days. After 8days I contacted them, they said they were having issues at the warehouse and could not provide a timeframe for dispatch. I asked to cancel the order which they said was not possible, but they did refund the express shipping charges. My order arrived after 16days but my wired apple charger did not fit in the bottom of the case. I emailed about this but got nowhere and gave up chasing because it did work with a MagSafe wireless charger (which I had to buy). The case is nice and has protected the phone from multiple drops - this is what the 2 stars are for. The MagSafe grip/stand however kept dropping off, so only lasted 8weeks before getting lost because I didn’t notice it come loose. Overall, I wouldn’t order again considering the price.

I have a great experience with PopSockets, every time. Shipping is simple and straight forward. Shipping is always within a week for me (US). Their products are great, just as pictured, and at an affordable price. None of my items have broken. Their customer service is friendly and available during the week. I think this company is doing a great job. I am a repeated customer!

I ordered July 1st and it still haven’t arrived.
Tried to contact through costumer service forms, but cannot choose my country(Denmark).
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

J'ai effectué une commande qui n'a pas été livré dans les temps à la Réunion. Cela faisait plus de 10j que c'était bloqué je ne sais pas où sans avancée ce qui semblait suggéré que c'était perdu. Le support m'a répondu en quelques heures avec un remboursement fait en 24h. Très cordiale et commercial !

Just saw the new ACOTAR cases and popsockets. Well I am a Samsung user as is a lot of other people who want to purchase these items but we can't. It seems and feels like to me that Samsung users are being discriminated against while their Samsung phone collection cases is only 3 types and plain. We can clearly see who the favored phone company is. It's a shame. Why would I by anything popsocket if they also can't cater also to the Samsung users? Yet they offer older models of iPhone products to users for the above mentioned themes? Cool. Thanks a lot popsocket

I see some other reviewers have reported receiving poor customer service from PopSockets, but my own experience was easy, pleasant and successful!

I had cause to contact their customer services for the first time recently, having previously ordered without issues. When my latest order arrived, I noticed a tiny cosmetic flaw on one PopTop. In fact, it had taken me two days to notice the imperfection; so minor was it, I wavered over whether to even bother to complain, but ultimately decided I should, having paid full price for the item.

I had a response to my email/photo the same day and, though no exchange option was available for an international customer, I was immediately offered the choice of a full refund or commensurate voucher with free shipping so I could reorder the item. I accepted the voucher, which I had no trouble redeeming online, and my replacement item has already been shipped. There was no delaying with requests for more photos or video, no trying to fob me off with a discount or account credit, and the interaction was pleasant and professional.

I have at least 10 MagSafe grips plus a few separate PopTops and this is the only time I've ever had an issue with an item, so I consider the products to be very well-designed and manufactured. I will definitely continue to order from PopSockets in the future!

Sidebar: despite my own experience, I agree with the reviewer who complained about the customer service contact form embedded on the website. However, if you select 'Customer Service' > 'Contact Us' from the menu at the bottom of every page, it opens a modal window featuring a search bar, a link to FAQ responses, and a link labelled "Talk to us". Click that link and, if live chat isn't available, an away message and the direct email address for their customer services department is displayed. This is how I contacted customer services myself.

You're only redirected to the customer services form from the topics listed under 'Customer Service' > 'Help Centre', where each selection offers "Need more help?" and presents you with a "Contact us" button. This, as noted by the other reviewer, requires you to select a country from a drop-down menu to proceed but doesn't offer the full complement of countries to which you can have an order delivered.

Sort it out, popsockets.com! It shouldn't be possible for anyone who can purchase from you to be unable to make sense of your contact form. This could be fixed as simply as by adding a choice to the country menu for 'Other/Not listed'.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The company ran a VIP promotional code that was later widely shared online, but instead of honoring the orders that went through, they canceled them and blamed “unauthorized sharing” and “system limits.” Even though customers received order confirmations, the company still refused to fulfill them and offered no real solution.
Their response made it clear that they only prioritize VIP customers and provide little to no support for anyone else. When customers raise concerns, they simply repeat excuses about the code reaching its limit instead of taking responsibility or offering meaningful help.
Overall, the handling of this situation was unprofessional and dismissive. I would not recommend this company based on how poorly they treat customers when an issue arises.

Don't understand the bad reviews. Ordered 3 popsockets they arrived 4 days earlier then that they said it would. Super! They look beautiful.

I purchased a pop socket case and grip sometime ago. The grip had fade and wear marks very noticeable. But at that point it was almost a year. I reached out to the company. And without hesitation they found my purchase, and made it right. Thank you for being an honest company. Very obvious they aren’t only concerned about money. But with a great product!

I think we often only write reviews when we’re angry, so I’m here to write a glowing review of PopSocket customer service. On Tuesday, February 3rd I emailed PopSocket customer service with an explanation and a couple pictures because my MagSafe pop grip, which I’d had for about 6 months, was breaking. Two hours later I had a response from PopSocket that they would send me a replacement, and here I am on Sunday night, 5 days later, writing this review on my phone which has my replacement pop grip attached. Five days from initial email to having the replacement in hand. Wonderful customer service.

They delayed shipment until after multiple complaints, so the product arrived too late and had been replaced with another purchase. They agreed to process a refund, but have not. When asked repeatedly to actually process as agreed, they insist my bank is at fault, showing me random, unprofessional screenshot with ZERO actual information a bank could use to confirm or look up any information. Their customer service is the worst in the business - better to buy anywhere besides the manufacturer - the customer service is clearly AI and makes promises it can't actually accomplish, the product's tracking indicates it did not ship from the claimed country of manufacturer......it feels so much like a scam I won't be using their site again.

I ordered two items with plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. The response from Customer Service, which sounds like it was written by AI is a non-answer. They keep saying they have the items, but a system issue is preventing them from being shipped. What does that mean? I asked for a phone number, they replied "no phone lines available".

First off I waited a very long time! Second off I was told there would be a mystery pop socket which never came with it. Third I was sent the personalized case for the wrong phone and was told I could not receive a refund or exchange as it is a personalized item! Not happy will never order again

I ordered a pop grip with a free surprise pop grip in the Black Friday deal. Ordered 1st Dec 2025 and email to say shipped on 3rd Dec and nothing! No tracking updates - it shows order placed but that’s all.
Tried to email company with no response. This is ridiculous, money taken and nothing to show for it!
Stay away from this company!!!
