Very easy online ordering on a good selection of products at a great price with options on delivery. Will always use this company as very reliable.

Used these guys a few times now with no issues and fast delivery. I was supprised how fast they were delivered. The payment by card seems to be sorted out now too, so all good.
I've looked at lots of websites but these guys seem to have a huge range at really good prices.

I’ve not used this company before, but I found the website easy to navigate and I have placed an order, I’ve already been informed the order has shipped and I only placed it an hour ago, so far so good.

Good email responses to some issues that I had. Sorted and able to complete the order. Looking forward to some fun with the products.

Let me start by saying that I appreciate the fact that the company actually took the time to reply to my previous review, as in our private communication they were highly unprofessional.
Telling me "If you miss it you miss it" does not meet not only my personal expectation of customer service but any customer service at all.

Then coming on here and claiming I am unaware of timeframes and hat I've done something wrong is again highly unprofessional.

I placed my order on the 21st and I was well aware of the 1-3 days delivery. I also placed the order later in the evening knowing it won't be shipped the same day which gave me 4 days time period till the delivery is done. I am at the hotel today - 25.11.2022, which is exactly 4 days.
However when I contacted the company it was in regards of the effect the current RoyalMail strlikes will have on the delivery, and asking about an option to redirect the order to a different address. I am unable to change the address as the company is the one who posted it and I was only looking for support on their side. All I got back was unprofessional replies, rude attitude and no understanding at all.

At this point i will leave this with my bank as the company obviously has no customer services or interest to support me with my issue, so all good.

Just a word of advice to any future customers - there are other places where you can order the same products but also get support if needed. Better go do your business there.

Despite the problems with card payments, once bank transfer had been arranged, items were despatched the same day, in fact with in an hour of order !!!
