Two years ago, we had Pooltown install our inground pool, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Recently, I was reminded of the outstanding customer service they provide when I needed a replacement part for the pool. I reached out to Leessa (Customer Care Manager) who has been our primary point of contact, and she immediately contacted their retail store to check availability. Within minutes, James, the retail manager, called me directly and arranged for me to pick up the part. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled my request.

We also use Pooltown for our pool openings and closings each season, and that process is always seamless and professional.

It's rare to find a company that continues to provide the same level of service years after a project is completed. From installation to ongoing support and maintenance, Pooltown has consistently exceeded our expectations.

We looked at a handful of places for a pool. only PoolTown promised to deliver what we wanted at the perfect price, with stellar communication and an ideal timeline.

From beginning to end, our sales rep always answered our questions or directed us to the correct associate in a matter of moments.

The knowledge of the team was superb! More importantly, they were patient with all of them! We never felt rushed or like we were a nuisance. Their dedication to delivering a perfect pool experience was always present.

Last year I had a pool installed. It was completed late in the season--November. I was finally able to open it a couple of weeks ago. I also had a deck installed. Between the pool and deck, my backyard is absolutely gorgeous.

We are very happy with our experience with Pooltown. We were contemplating on getting a pool for many years and when we met the pool town rep so many of our questions were answered quickly. The office staff was easy to contact via phone or the Buildertrend app after a year and a half of the installation, we had an issue with our heater, which we did not understand and Pooltown helped us immediately. I would recommend them for your pool installation if you are looking.!!!

Thinking about having a pool installed? I would strongly caution against using Pool Town.
The sales team was wonderful — in the beginning. So good, in fact, that we followed every recommendation they made and installed everything suggested. We even trusted them to handle the opening and closing of our pool.
Now onto customer service, which has been an entirely different experience.
While they are selling and upselling you, you would think there would be some explanation about the proper use and maintenance of the systems they install. You'd be wrong. That was issue number one.
Now, heading into only our second season, we are dealing with creases in the liner and cracking in the stamped concrete in multiple sections. That is issue number two.
I have spoken with customer service more than 20 times, and we still have no acceptable resolution. To make matters worse, the general manager will not even return our calls.
Being ignored over issues they should absolutely stand behind is the foundation of bad customer service — especially when the design and systems were entirely their doing. Their refusal to take accountability says a lot about the quality of their work. That is the biggest red flag of all, and issue number three.
For the amount of money invested, this level of service and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. I would seriously think twice before choosing this company. Unfortunately, it now appears we will have to pursue legal action.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! This pool company exceeded every expectation we had. The office staff is outstanding—organized, responsive, and always keeping us in the loop on every detail, including any changes or costs.

What really sets them apart is their reliability and honesty. They showed up when they said they would and were very realistic about timelines—no surprises, just great communication the entire way through.

The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their customers. They made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, especially when it came to permits and all the behind-the-scenes details. Even after completion, they’ve continued to be there for us, answering questions and offering support.

If you’re thinking about building a pool, stop looking—this is the company you want. Highly, highly recommend!

My experience with Pool Town was absolutely incredible each and every employee did their job diligently. I was very well informed that each phase of this project, Billy Briana, Alexa, Halle, Gina, Karina, Sandy, and Leesa did incredible work. Pool town got the job done! The process is a major construction project so of course there were bumps along the way but pool town always made sure that the issues got handled and fixed. At the end there were some issues with my township and pool town helped me out and made sure they got the township what they wanted. Now we have our dream backyard oasis. We couldn’t be more happy with our pool!

From start to finish, the project was flawless. We lived down by the Shore and Pool town had no trouble coming out whenever we had questions. We knew what to expect for each phase of our pool build.

Overall we had a great experience with Pool Town. They are very organized and the different phases they have in place, allows you to keep track of the work and anticipate what is coming. Everyone was very responsive to questions and or concerns that I had during the process. They adhered to the schedule as promised. The part that took the most time was getting the town permits, which Pool Town does not have control over. I would certainly feel comfortable to recommend Pool Town to others who are thinking of "splashing" into their own pool.
