Untruths Told to Me at Purchase Time
Was told the Prowler 920 was in stock *at the Sarasota store* and would ship immediately. It was delayed for a couple weeks, and, after contacting the company twice, when it showed up, I saw the return address as Texas. I don't appreciate being told untruths.

Item was in short supply in my local area. ordered skeptical of site but I received the items as ordered and faster than I expected.

Very helpful with the online ordering. The pool heater arrived when expected. The heater was shipped from Florida to Wisconsin in perfect condition. It works great.

The purchase. Then was told delivery would be between 1-3 months! Obviously I cancelled that order. My pool guy suggested the Defender 165. I searched and found you on line, ordered the pump, and received it in about 10 days! Awesome.

Tried this for the very first time. I like to go to the pool supply stores so I can talk with someone, but you know ... COVID! Bought an inline chlorinator. Well packaged. Got here quickly. Price was competitive. I will order from Pool Supply Delivery again.
