I received 2 pair of the warmest boots ever.
Unfortunately my baby has giant feet and they were small for him.
However the company offered a free size guarantee service to match the right size.
Can't wait to wear them!

in theory they say still delivering but taking forever, bad communication, seem to ship directly from China. now bombarded with chinese emails but no shoes. Buy similar on Amazon or elsewhere. These guys are not good.

I was becoming very anxious for the delivery as it took longer than I thought it would. I am very pleased with the product itself as the quality is great!

Very disappointed of this company!
Passed over 2 weeks and still no information where is my delivery.
Costumer service keep lying and telling in 3 to 5 work days for the second time.
I want my money back!! I need shoes for this winter, not for the spring!

I still have not received my order yet it was apparently with customs ages ago

Bought 3 pairs of shoes from this company. Delivery is a little slow but the product is great, genuinely flexible shoes unlike what other companies claim. The laces pulled off on one pair within a month but the company immediately dispatched a new pair with no quibble. Great product and great customer service. My daughter chooses these over her Clarks so they must be comfy!

Poor quality product, very flimsy shoes, inner sole comes out, not wide enough to match their claim of being 'podiatrist-recommended'.
Advised me I would receive a refund within 24 hours one week ago, and now are no longer replying to my emails. Have filed a dispute via PayPal. Avoid buying from this company!

Bought 3 pairs of shoes over a month ago now, checked in with CS to get updated about my order. They informed me that my order had been lost, they offered me the option for a refund or to have a new order sent, I replied asking for a refund on the 12th.They replied 2 days later offering to resend me the order, I declined, restating my wish for a refund. I have since followed up three more times and am no longer receiving replies (or a refund). This company is not legitimate as far as I can tell, and have stolen my money.

My little one friend absolutely loves her new shoes. 🥰🥰 A big thank you to the customer service manager Ana, who opened a courier line to Japan for my little one and helped me to send the product to Japan quickly.😆 I live in Japan now and am very happy to be able to buy American brands

My 3 anda a 1/2 year old son calls these his 'fast shoes'. Super easy to get on and off. We live on a farm and these shoes have seen everything from goose poop to horse dung and everything in between. They have held up incredibly well through many cycles in the washing machine.

Our son loves his Pompons!! They are so cute and look so comfortable. I wish I could get some in my size 😍 Our pediatrician said she was pleased and loves them for healthy foot development.

Do not recommend at all! Purchase in the website last week, payed more for a faster delivery! Never arrived, didn’t get an e-mail confirmation, still in contact with them and then answer is: “it’s on their way”. DO NOT BUY from them, same products cheaper on Amazon

I bought three pairs of shoes from this site for my daughter who is getting ready to learn to walk. Their service is very good, and the goods and packaging are also very beautiful. I will recommend this site to everyone around me, because I hope that good things should be known to everyone
