He wasn’t the typical ‘sales’ guy trying to get you to sign up as quickly as possible, he listened and talked to me about what’s best for me, my current situation and my age. My advisor, Lewis Routley, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had sent an enquiry and received a call back within 24hrs. He explained who he was and what policies would benefit me specifically. All of his questions to assess eligibility were clear and well paced. Throughout the call, he made me feel at ease with light hearted and friendly conversation, and was so easy to talk to, which is vital when discussing personal topics. He clearly explained all my options but gave me space to decide what I wanted to choose. I would highly recommend Lewis for his excellent customer service skills, and this company for your life insurance.
