The Polkadotofficialstore.com is a SCAM!
I purchased the product for $120. I got no shipping information. A month went by and after various emails they gave me contact to company called Prime Global Shippers. PGS said they would deliver my product. A few days later they are saying I have to pay $205 insurance to have my product delivered. The Polkadot store just says to talk to PGS. PGS is saying they will not deliver until I pay them $205.

Got scammed
Got scammed, don't buy from them. They say they'll send you instructions on how to pay (all a scam) - they'll get you to pay on CashApp or PayPal and then text you to confirm they got your order and then they send you email instructions on how to pay (don't send it!). They ask you to do PayPal Friends and Family (also a scam so it's harder for you to get your money back).
They haven't responded to any texts or emails once payment was sent (items not received of course).
They send you shipping info that asks you for more money which is ridiculous. Don't be an idiot like me!!

Bulcrapt business. I ordered about 6 weeks ago and paid in pay pal to Sylvestor Finances. Took the picture and sent it to them but received nothing. I have sent emails but no answer. This is a scam. I wasted money. My own stupidity for not researching more. China always has something to do with scams don't they? Lol

Scam site, do not fall for the great looking web site and web address. They are not an official polkadot seller. They are official con artists.
After completing my payment they have ghosted me.
Don’t fall for the BS. Not a trusted seller.

SITE IS A SCAM
polkadotofficialstore.com is a scam. Any positive reviews you see for this site were written and posted by the company itself. I ordered chocolate and paid via Cashapp (they said their processing system was down and cashapp was only option at that time) and I thought the transaction was done and I would get the shipment in 3 days. But to my surprise I later received an email from their shipping company (Supreme Postal Service) saying I needed to pay an additional $102 for a 'diplomatic insurance fee' so it would not be tampered with by law enforcement or it would not be delivered (this was supposed to be refunded upon product delivery but wasn't going to fall for that). The company then tried to blame the shipping company and even sent a ridiculous email to them 'on my behalf' threatening legal action if I didn't get my shipment. This was the last email I got from either company as all subsequent attempts to contact them to find out what happened to the package were ignored. There is a phone number on the website that they encourage you to call if you have any issues, but it is invalid (SMS only). It is obvious that site and shipping company exist to soley steal people's money. Please DO NOT patronize this website. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. Thank you for reading.
