Seems an utter waste of time writing about a specific Police force on here, since there isn't actually the specific Police force in question.... Useless site....

Regardless.... Durham Constabulary are basically just a bunch of thumb-twiddlers that are willing to talk and listen, but refuse to do anything about road rage and anti-social behaviour. As a result, the area's local Chimpanzees, Troglodytes etc. drive past, shouting God know's what and will keep doing so, because there is simply no consequence. Passengers also do it regularly. Frankly, if there's a people-carrier carrying 7 people, I'd be surprised if they weren't all thinking of doing so, too. If this continues, there might well be mini-buses containing 30+ that will simply just have to join in on the quest to become one with the animal kingdom.

The problem with all this? I have video evidence and audio evidence of more than 8 incidents. The Police simply cannot be bothered. All they do is gather details about victims. I see this as preparing for some form of escalation, as Humans are ultimately driven by revenge, hate and anger. Fair enough, prepare, analyse, point the finger.... But, at least do something about these reports that have genuine video evidence.

Spending north of 2000 on the technology for reporting these ignorant, uneducated, cave-dwelling, banana-chomping morons is idiotic when the endpoint (Police, council, whoever) are all completely useless.

The Police will never do anything about it and there is no alternative service or indiiduals that can. Humans are more abusive and moronic than ever. If the Police want to avoid bloodshed and real violence, then it starts with the 'offenses' that are contrued as minor. I'm not going to pretend I haven't thought of doing something about the individuals that have shouted abuse. I have and more than once. This wil only escalate until alternative measures are in place or they get off their behinds and wake up.

I have zero confidence that reporting anything will result in a prosecution, or even a telling off.

Edit: Embarrassingly, a genuine crime which involved real harm - one I won't go into detail about - was not investigated properly. The emphasis seemed to be about closing the case as quickly as possible and protecting the criminal from further criminality, or attempting to protect the victim from embarrassment in court, rather than the appropriate conviction. Lack of technology use and lack of a swift use of technology, as well as a lack of a swift response were sticking points here. I would also argue lack of Policing and general stress placed on the remaining officers were also factors.

No wonder cars everywhere are speeding, on their roofs and practically everyone has a drug dealer 2 minutes away. When there are less Police officers than people have fingers and the cities have thousands of citizens, then the problems are statistically obvious even before you factor in the evidence.

My recommendation is that guns are made legal again. I don't believe it's possible to be safe currently in this area, and I feel the ability to deal with criminals swiftly and decisively will benefit the entire community. Countries like Switzerland have significant gun control regulations - permits, lawful need, proper use tests, safe storage - yet have minimal gun crime. The UK could follow this approach and successfully allow protection of property and person with minimal risk to life.

I do not trust Corporations police,All been reported to Common law, Magna Carta and Bill Rights and reports of pedophiles and murder of young women who disappeared from this address over year ago. I have been let down by police already for reporting pedophile been on dark web and sleeping with under age girl at local pub Crossroads at Wainstall Halifax. I am reporting crime of rotting flesh coming from next door neighbours home, since last year, I have had my life planned to be taken as I have uncovered pedophile activities with next door neighbours all reported, but no investigation has been taken as police have failded to investigate from Halifax Police station. I repoted safe guarding and being on Dark web watching child porn as well as selling me on dark web with Ai images with my head. I have reported all this no investigation, last year, young women moved in next door, started going out with youngest daughters Coral, thay met at Rugby tournaments, young women moved in, couple mouths later, youngest daughter started going out with Man and young women disappeared, dad of Coral Carl Luck who runs local pub Spring head at Mont Tabor Halifax, told all his customers in pub that she tried to hanging herself and phoned friend to come get her, and Carl made out she went back to where she lived in another town! You would of phoned police if you caught her trying to hang herself you would get proper care and treatment for this young women but this didn't not happen. All customers at spring head pub know about women as she worked behind bar, all photos have disappeared of Women from Facebook advertising page for there Bussines String head head pub. I believe she uncovered pedophiles at this address lower Edge farm, Grindle Stone Bank HX2 0TR Halifax the same as me, this is why trying to take my life, with other people from local area. On evening thay all drink in Crossroads pub or Kattith well pub both pubs are at wainstalls. I thought humberside police was the worst but Lincolnshire Police have got to be up there as well they have no duty of care they're not bothered when you report a crime they just don't care about you they have no morals and do not stick to their job description

Wiltshire police (two officers) forced me to stop on a pedestrian bridge and drove me home for no reason. Would give them minus 100 stars that they deserve if I could - I’m so angry and upset with what they did.

They also contacted my parents telling lies that they were contacted several times that I was showing distress (walking up, down & waving hands) when I was not, was fine and walked straight over normally. They are covering up their misconduct by actually telling lies about me! That’s shocking behaviour and an absolute disgrace! It makes me so angry!

They made Mum come out of work at school, wasted her time in work and getting me in trouble with family members or worrying them when I didn’t do anything. If it was different job or further away it could pose more problems. I already have mobility difficulties (transport not walking) and can’t drive so I don’t need them to restrict me even more!

Me & all my family have been both walking and biking there multiple times before including in lockdown. I’ve been there before with family walking to shop /cafe without time wasting incompetent police officers who can’t find anything useful to do on their job apart from trying to cause as much distress as they possibly can to innocent pedestrians at which ever location they feel like.

The bridge is literally for walkers / cyclists not even a car bridge. It’s better to not have a bridge if you are not allowed to use it. It’s ridiculous! The bridge is there for a reason which is not there for the police to ruin your day!

This is leading to fear and inability to access certain areas. I will have to now cross road with family maybe with a bike to protect me from them! They can’t stop you with a bike especially with other people; I will maybe cycle in that direction more often now to teach them a lesson! Maybe I could walk back but I don’t know what they would do physically, it’s intimidating; they’re police.

There are also a few houses, shops and you can walk / cycle to other towns over bridge. Someone could have even been walking to work at somewhere like the shop or cafe down there and they made them miss work! Someone could also be just walking to home over the bridge. People will be too scared to even walk home! It’s totally unacceptable and out of order!

What is wrong with these low life scum bags!? Idiots! It’s ludicrous - they can’t take you home and make your family stop their work when ever they feel like! It’s also none of their business where I’m going. When my Mum said they found me in distress; I think they’re the ones who caused me to be in distress and I wasn’t before at all! I did not deserve to be in a police car.

Two individuals involved should have faced disciplinary procedures. They should be fined on their wages then given to me for compensation for wasting their working hours and taxpayers money to ruin the day of innocent pedestrians rather than investigating criminals.

They said they even going to contact and send false information to my doctors about my behaviour and health - basically that I was at least distressed on a bridge, I would never do something like that (they’re slandering my character)! But I complained and they didn’t, so it’s a good job I did! They obviously want a higher number of complaints. Makes me absolutely furious; they are meant to be police officers, they can’t lie but yet this and many other reviews show they do!😡

My sister’s boyfriend’s brother even also had problems with police not letting you walk where you want to! My mum said why you’re not aloud to walk there if it’s not someone’s house estate? What is their problem with these idiots in police, people can walk anywhere in Highway Code they want and they certainly don’t have a right to stop you and take you home because they are lying about your behaviour! It doesn’t matter where it is otherwise. It’s absolutely ludicrous! They don’t get to decide where people can and can’t go inside Highway Code that’s up to the individual.

How negative the reviews are & this incident shows everything you need to know about the police force and how corrupt they truly are. Harassing me on streets & family on phone for nothing and not investigating crime. They are a waste of our money and time.

I didn't actually realize you could rate a police force on this platform till recently, hence the delay.

I was staying at the Methuen Arms, Corsham and the first night went to their restaurant for dinner. I was disappointed with the poor food, especially for the high price and complained in a reasonable manner (realizing it is not the server's fault). The server said I could order something else and I did, but this was almost worse.

I did not shout, swear or in any way draw attention to this (and in any case, at 6:30 pm the restaurant was almost empty). The server fetched the duty manager. She was totally unsympathetic and even though I did not, for example, say I was not going to pay for the food, she suddenly said after about 2 minutes into the interaction, that I was to leave the hotel and that she was calling the police. Of course, I was surprised and said I would wait for them because I couldn't see any reason for this reaction. All I had done was calmly complain about the standard of the food.

The police duly arrived pronto, and said it was reported that I had displayed "an aggressive demeanour". They agreed I had not raised my voice, used any obscenities or racist language against any individual but it had been reported that whilst talking, I had banged my fist on the table (which I denied - I did not do this). They said two witnesses had confirmed this (being so early, the restaurant only had one other table occupied in a far corner out of earshot of mine) so these so-called "witnesses" would only have been the server. There was no one else present so there was no second witness.

I rather sarcastically said to the two officers "so no burglaries or shop-lifting this evening?" and one responded that if called out they had to respond!!

I was escorted to my room, the woman officer packed my things and I was escorted off the premises - very humiliating. To be fair, one of the officers did say, as an aside, they had never been called out for such a thing before - I think trying to make me feel better. They had already ordered a taxi and I was obliged to get in and sent to a hotel in an adjoining town - no idea where I was going as I was unfamiliar with the area.

To make matters worse, this other hotel had no vacancies when I arrived, and it was only the kindness of the receptionist, ringing round, that I wasn't forced to sleep on the street. This horrible incident completely ruined my short holiday.

I wonder what this hour or so total of police time plus presumably follow up (which I was told was going to happen, including viewing body cam) cost the tax payer? I am very surprised police time could be so wasted without assessing the situation beforehand.

Incidentally, the officers said they could not charge me with anything or even issue a caution, as no crime or offence had been committed.

Later on I got some semblance of an apology from someone at Butcombe Breweries customer services, who offered me, as partial compensation for stress caused, a meal voucher to be used at any of their outlets. She also offered to meet me for coffee to discuss the situation. Both of these I politely declined.

Btw, I am a 76 year old woman with mobility issues.

Lazy Cheshire Police...

Where to start, well, recently we have been harassed by the same children who have a habit of creating ASBs where I live. I have reported it to them twice over the past few weeks and got a phone call saying that their 'Beat Team' will be in contact within a week... 2 weeks later nothing.

Not the first time we've had this issue, we had issues with both ASBs and drug use/sales in the evening times that have been reported to Cheshire police and no patrols or contact back over the past 15 years.

The only time I've had them visit was when a CCTV camera was stolen and vandalised, and caught the people in the act, they took the footage and knew the people involved. I got a reference number and a evident slip and nothing came from it months later, no contact back, nothing.

I understand they are shrinking the force to concentrate on 'Serious and Organised crimes' yet they can't even be bothered to be organised to investigate ASBs during the evening times correctly.

Failed to investigate crimes over a long time including attempted murder harassment perverting the course of justice nhs fraud tampering with medical tests and records and when I tried to log a formal complaint against the police for failing to investigate they refused they are now sending unmarked cars and transit vans to my home to stalk me scary creepy fraudulent corrupt criminal law breaking communist county, couldn't get a more selfish self centred county, I'm ashamed to be an uk resident with police that seem to be more crooked than the so called criminals they are supposed to be arresting! I've no doubt that I will be likely getting further physical and mental stodge assault attacks stalking and harassment from their narks placed all throughout society as i suspect has been going on for decades, "society" what a joke nothing social or sociable about this country where everone who complained ONLY TO TRY TO RECTIFY F UPS making a better place for all having their rights fraudulently stolen and then being subjected to something like criminal torture jail them! Why are being charged for a police crime commisioner ,when we dont have one,she is now mayor.
Why us nothing being done about the new law that was brought in about ileagal scooters ,sick of them and bikes & motor bikes ,all electric and tearing along footpaths and main roads like its a speedway track & they always wear ski masks .Do you not know they are use on private land with permission.
The rule is parents get 3 points & £300 fine.
I have seen one on the footpath ,me doing 30 in 30mile limit i was overtaken by a scooter on the footpath.
Other things like 2 up on bikes wearing ski masks with bolt cutters on their shoulder at 4pm in the afternoon,and grasstrack
bikes passing me on the footpath with 3yr old sittung on the petrol tank,he left the footpath ,too a blind bend on wrong side of the road.WHAT ARE WE PAYING YOU FOR.
Update 18th Feb Newburn traffic lights on RED ,a bloody kid on electric scooter ignored the lights ,overtook us and turned left to Newburn bridge .
As for your service ,my son was found dead on the rocks at Old Hartley 6 Nov 2019 i was not informed by POLICE 7 years later,i was informed by a friend who saw it on Facebook,how would you like thst sort of shock.Today 3rd July 2026.

South Yorkshire Police - my son in law assaulted 2 weeks ago by partner of child's mother whilst dropping off for contact as per an agreement- son in law threatened with violence (audio evidence)and shoved into a wall( dashcam video) yet 2 weeks later they have filed the crime and told him HE was to blame/ the aggressor despite being verbally abused and threatened and assaulted shortly afterwards.
I have told him the next time it happens ,he must do what he needs to do and when arrested say he identifies as a female giraffe and to state he was called a nasty name and told he was a male human...THAT should get a response.

Avon and Somerset police service are as dumb as a bag of potatoes, abusive and run like the yellow bellied dogs that they are!

Had a knock at the door last year.
Came down and to my surprise it was the police at my door asking for some unknown man that I have never heard of.

I responded with the fact that I was not the person mentioned and stated they were at the wrong address but the officer failed to hear these facts and with clear intent the attending bish with a badge grabbed my arm snarling and jerked it clear out of its socket causing me great pain!

It was then that his accomplice tapped him and said “He’s right” where upon the assailant officer immediately released my arm which made it pop back into place and scurried back into their vehicle and left at speed…
No apologies, no identification, no legal recourse or accountability, they just scurried off like the rats they are!

I phoned to make a complaint but the officer who answered just said without any identification they can’t do anything.

Over a year later and I’ve still not got the full use or mobility in my arm.
I wake up every single night with severe pain in my shoulder and these little abusive reprobates get to just walk away with no consequences for their actions!

I can’t even pick up my daughter without severe pain because of their ineptitude and stupidity!

Had to give up mentoring youth, can no longer drive and can’t hold down a manual job because of the injury they inflicted upon me!

I hate you people I really do!

Shocking behaviour absolute disgrace

Feel safe. Home feels secure. Never had anything stolen. Happiest I been in years. Might go to Russia on Holiday.

Surrey police are incompetent, which for their role is tantamount to gross negligence. They rush to conclusions which turn out to be very wrong with little evidence and then by time they wake up to the reality its too late to pursue other leads. Complaints appear a total stitch up as some guy who used to work for them who’s supposedly independent adjudicates. If they ever asked me for help in future would turn other way as you can’t trust them.

Went to Gwent Police (Blackwood) after being subjected to a disability hate crime by my estranged family. Severe psychological abuse, harassment, death threat, personal data theft - many offences.

Apparently, if I went to Blackwood Highstreet and tipped a disabled person out of a wheel chair they’d do something because “that would be different, someone would be hurt”.

The officers don’t actually appear to know the law and lack the skills, knowledge or ability to analyse a narcissist smear campaign that has driven me to despair. “No crime committed” despite an overwhelming failure to even properly look at evidence - merely a cursory glance at some of many, many text messages.

Numerous offences committed also under The Suicide Act. Yet a complete failure of the police to even properly question witnesses. An officer who came to her house and demonstrated condescension toward my elderly mother with an overwhelming dismissive bias - branding things “a civil matter” and “a family dispute”. So now we know that if someone is related you they can seemingly do what they want and get away with it. The officer who attended the family home treated it as a chat you’d have with tea and biscuits whilst looking out the window.

Blackwood Police Station is like those awful police departments seen in small towns in films. The underwhelming performance leads us to believe they are not only a disgrace to their uniform: their ego seems more important to them than upholding the law.

Not sure what to suggest. They were rubbish when our house was broken into in the ‘80s. Didn’t even turn up to a car break in back in ‘99 despite fingerprints needing to be taken. Now, all these years later, I attended Blackwood Police station about my harrowing experience. A slob of an officer came in, and asked “what do you want me to do about it”. Other gems include “perhaps you should speak to your daughter” (to my mother who witnessed said death threat and other threats of violence). Together with a false narrative on leaving the house.

My father always said “If anything goes wrong, don’t call the police, they’re useless”. I’ll add to that: roadkill could do a better job when it comes to investigating crimes.

Never there to help anyone , would sooner take e scooters off of little kids than stop things like people drugged out there faces harassing people in town centres

I’ve rung them a few times about two different crime one very serious and the other just serious. Both times they told me it’s something we won’t do. I replied is this the police to which they said yes but we don’t investigate theft/murder and now they are removing things I post. There are strong implications to not taking the law into your own hands but if your life is in danger what other choice do you have.

These people dont care. I request they put a presence up her in Nordavatn and the guy is more wanting to do me for being upset. My sister DIED from drugs. The guy was saying the people doing drunk deliveries were maybe doing 5 min visits. Utterly stupid. Then same people visit another up here and I suppose that is another 5 min family visit.

Honestly. The police in Shetland dont ever do a thing. Totally useless.

My neighbour contacted Merseyside Police via police.uk for finding a knife that a criminal dropped and still 2 years later (NO ONE FROM THE POLICE CAME AND TOOK IT) (also I put a random date Cause it won't let me go back to the date)
