We enjoyed a nice lunch and took advantage of the free drinks offer!
We bought a climbing rose. Had to cut away two suckers and noticed the top leaves were a bit mildewy. I don’t use any chemicals in the garden but I might spray with a little washing-up liquid! Hopefully all will be well.

I am glad to hear you enjoyed your lunch and were able to take advantage of the free monthly hot drink offer for Polhill Plus members.
Regarding your climbing rose, I appreciate you bringing the suckers and mild mildew to our attention. While mildew can occasionally appear due to changing weather conditions, our plant team is always on hand if you ever need advice or assistance with a plant you have purchased from us.
Thank you for your feedback, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.

I live in West Wickham with my partner…
I live in West Wickham with my partner in a residential retirement village and for the last 7 years have come to polhill to buy all our garden needs. I would like to say that this year your bedding plants have not been up to your usual standard. They are not bushing out and very spindly. I am rather disappointed. I spent maybe £700/£800 per year. We are a housing association and a charity. I just wanted to let you know how I feel about the plants. Thank you Kathy Bryant. I cannot at this moment confirm my last date of coming to the garden centre.

Thank you for leaving your review and for being a loyal customer over the last 7 years.
I am sorry to hear that your bedding plants this season have not met our usual standard and have been spindly rather than bushing out. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as we take the quality of our plants very seriously.
Please feel free to speak to a member of our plant team on your next visit or contact us directly so we can discuss this with you further.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back soon.
