Thank you so much for the 5-star review. I am delighted to hear that you have had a positive experience at our garden centre.
I completely understand your feedback about review prompts, however, we gently prompt our visitors because people are statistically much more likely to share a review when something goes wrong than when they have a great experience. Asking for feedback helps ensure that positive visits like yours get represented, too.
I truly appreciate you taking the extra moment to leave us such high praise despite the prompt. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

It’s a very nice place to go for a scroll but us as a family of 6 can no longer eat a big meal because the prices went uphill a lot. Until a couple of years ago we could do it!

Regarding our restaurant pricing, we strive to offer top-quality, freshly prepared food and ingredients, and our prices reflect the standard of dining we provide. We continually monitor the market to ensure our menu remains competitively priced alongside other similar high-quality restaurants.

I just love visiting this garden centre. They have so much variety in what they sell - something for everyone! Huge selection of plants, of course, but such a choice of many other things eg clothing, foods, garden furniture, gifts etc. The restaurant serves great food and, if you just want a drink, then the coffee shop sells a good choice of drinks (alternative milks available) with danish pastries, hot sausage rolls and several other cakes. There is also a freezer with a large variety of ice creams. Last but not least, the customer service is always so very pleasant and helpful.

Easy to get to from M25
Easy to get to from M25. Love the meat counter and local fish hut. Parking easy. lots of variety of things to choose from. I think the little cafe at the front needs to have more single tables that are lower for us oldies as bar tables are hard to sit on, or two seated tables as the 4 seaters are often not populated. The front cafe is quieter.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 4-star review. Iam delighted to hear that you find it easy to visit us from the M25, and that you enjoy frenquenting our on-site retail partners.
Thank you also for your thoughtful feedback regarding the seating at the Coffee Corner. While space in that area is limited, making it tricky for us to add more lower or two-seater tables, we would love to let you know that we have a full seated restaurant located at the other end of the centre. It offers plenty of comfortable, lower-level seating options which might make your next visit even more enjoyable!
We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
