Had an installation fitted last week. Fantastic service & the lad who fitted it was brilliant. Highly recommend & can't speak highly enough of the service.

I have had a system from Polar security for a few years now. No problem until it goes wrong. I waited in all day for an engineer not to arrive. Not a word of apology from anyone at Polar and 2weeks for them to respond to am email. Unfortunately, I signed in for 5 years. I can't wait to leave.

I recently installed a CCTV system from Polar and am extremely satisfied with their service. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. The quality of the cameras and the clarity of the footage are outstanding. They also provided excellent after-sales support, ensuring I understood how to operate the system. Highly recommend Polar for anyone looking for reliable and secure CCTV solutions at affordable prices.

We were over charged at the start of our contract (a year ago) with an admin fee that wasnt mentioned. Raised the issue with Polar and were told it was an accident, that we should not have been charged the fee and we would be reimbursed if we could send them an invoice for the amount overcharged.
We have subsequently chased payment by both email and phone many, many times over the past 12 months, but are still awaiting reimbursement!
It is only a small amount of a few hundred £, but the principle of it is infuriating

Dealing with Dan at Polar Security was very easy. I know very little about camera specs etc but he worked out a very cosy effective solution that met our needs. Happy to recommend.

Fast & Efficient service from these guys. Dan came to us and quoted us for a whole new camera upgrade and Alarm system of our property. With that it only took 4 days for the guys to come in and install everything. The quality of our whole new system is just brilliant and everything is also linked to your phone so you have it all on the go aswell. Dan is so helpful too, he will answer any questions you have straight away and is always on hand. 100% Recommend.
