I ordered the book 'Twelve'. The item was delivered in 5 days. Polar Post lovingly wrapped the book and with a sticker as to which elf wrapped it. I had a couple of post cards for free. The illustrations on the post cards are beautiful. The care and attention to detail is amazing and more than I ever expected. I will be ordering again.

I would give them no stars if that was the option. Spent over £100 on “letters” from Santa and items for stockings and advent calendar’s, ordered in September!!! By December I was worried so contacted them and was told some items had been cancelled, then I was told there was a delay. Long story short I NEVER RECEIVED anything from them, they also stopped using PayPal so that it was more difficult to get a refund from them as I ordered in September and by January had nothing - they literally stole my money. No replies to emails, using this “elf” persona so that they can hide the fact they are taking money and kids dreams I might add, and disregarding customer service entirely. You can’t find them on Facebook and they have this snappy group on Instagram that attack you if you ask for SOMETHING YOU PAID FOR like Mrs Tiddlywinks is some sort of protected entity. The fact they don’t even have a review section on their website and angry customers have set this up themselves says all you need to know. There’s other places doing the same thing but professionally and with a customer service team.

Such a let down….
Ordered opening night, didn’t receive letter in time, customer service don’t reply- the owner goes on Instagram and talks about being kind, you have people in the comments scared to ask where their order is incase her flock of followers turn on them.
Telling you to contact “ Tiddleywinks” if you have any questions- this is a complete passive aggressive move- for goodness sake woman own up to YOUR mistakes and switch on YOUR comments on your Instagram and own YOUR problems. She turns off comments as others have said she doesn’t want the bad press or have to deal with query’s.
As other reviewers say all she has to do is get the envelopes personalised calligraphy done and check the letters as they computer generated. YOU are not doing people a favor people are paying for orders.
Using the strikes as an excuse for the letter and sweets not turning up. How have most other small businesses managed? As others have said cap your orders if you can’t cope.
The whole concept is wonderful but shall be using one of the many other companies in the future. We ordered weeks ago not a few days before Christmas. This is a management and organisation issue not a Royal Mail issue. I find the whole business of us spending £60+ on letters and sweets for Christmas and then not arriving hard to swallow. If you dare ask where your order is on the comments on Instagram you will either be ignored like on the email or get a slightly passive aggressive answer. So very odd.
We were offered a printable version but it’s not the same. Such a let down.

Edit*** to the lady who rightly so says come on it’s only a piece of paper so do better and be kind… you are completely right it is only a piece of paper, a computer generated letter that the owner of polar post only has to get the calligraphy done on the envelopes- so why so disorganised why no communication why take peoples money and not answer query’s where the letters are. It is not a warehouse fulfilment issue. It is a business owner issue for every year presents a different problem and then them not holding themselves accountable merely switching off comments and refusing to reply to emails wondering where peoples products are. How about you? Do better? Quite simply people are spending their hard earned money on what should be a great memory for their children. We wouldn’t of had to come here and comment if polar Post had merely got back to everyone and you know what sent the orders we paid for.

Ive been waiting 10 weeks now for my parcel to arrive. They use a small team as an excuse yet are very keen to keep taking as many orders as possible that cant be fulfilled.
A tracking number was eventually provided to say its been dispatched... but 3 weeks later this still shows royal mail havent yet received the parcel.
We were hoping to use this on the run upto Christmas which wont be possible now.
Can see the excuses being lined up via Instagram stories re postal strikes - they are well aware of this and should use another carrier given the prices paid - but blaming royal mail when they havent even dispatched the parcel is unfair

Takes orders, can’t fulfil, leaves customers constantly chasing and waiting and constantly uses being a small business as an excuse. Why not just cap orders on what you can’t actually process instead of making people wait nearly 2 months for their order and still waiting.. it’s just greed. If you know how long an order takes to process you should have capped orders instead of taking everyone’s money. A very expensive letter from Father Christmas that if I am lucky will arrive 3 months later before Christmas Eve… won’t be using again which is a shame as the concept is nice but there are millions of other small businesses that don’t operate beyond their capacity as they don’t want to disappoint and rip customers off
