Scam website that is nothing to do with Polaroid.

Ordered sunglasses for a trip. They failed to deliver in the promised time so I had to travel without them. It took them 15 days to even dispatch the order, despite delivery promise of 4-9 days.

Communications were overall poor. I had to chase them for order delivery confirmation. Upon which they informed me that they would not dispatch until after my departure date, despite purchased express delivery.

When asked to cancel the order they refused to do so. Despite these items not yet being dispatched. Now I have the extra hassle of having to arrange return shipment.

Overall a terrible company to deal with.

Don't even go anywhere near them. I purchased couple of sunglasses and wanted to return those. There is no phone number to contact and they never responded to my emails. Funny enough the order details cannot even be searchable from their website. I am still waiting ... I would never even buy anything from them

MARCA DA EVITARE. occhiali pessimi. ho una montatura da sole p8443 che dopo meno di 3 anni si è letteralmente sgretolata, la plastica si sta spaccando in almeno 7 punti, ed essendo una montatura da sole non ne faccio un utilizzo giornaliero, anzi per mesi neanche la uso. Sempre tenuti bene usati solo per passeggiare o guidare. mai più polaroid, durano molto di più le lenti da 10 euro dei negozi di casalinghi. Have had a few pairs over the years.

Bought a pricier pair at a London airport last year, the lenses have started to distort and separate. Emailed the alleged support email to be told they do not deal with the public and won’t help . So don’t waste your pennies!

I've had the same Polaroid sunglasses for over 12 years now and they're still in fantastic condition and do exactly what they're supposed to. So I just wanted to thank them through a review and spread the word to others, because I doubt I'll ever buy anything other than Polaroid when I need to finally get a new pair of sunglasses! Thanks team Polaroid, keep doing what you're best at!

Very low quality plastics used in construction, mine broke in ordinary use after 3 months of use. Arm developed a crack and then split a couple of days later. No possibility to return the item, not a great result as I've had $5 sunglasses that have lasted much longer.

I'm so sick of products that are designed and made to last a few months and then be thrown out. Just more plastic waste into the landfill.

Good Sunglasses, but do not buy it from them. Use other shops. The shop constructions has no return functions, at first contact they say everything is ok and then nobody answers again. FRAUD

Ordered four pairs of sunglasses, only three turned up. Tried to contact them, no reply. Tried to start a return but I can't because it says items have not been delivered yet. The website is a mess of redirects to dead-ends and no way to contact anybody. I am glad I paid by credit card so I can request a chargeback.

The problem with the site is that it gives misunderstanding infos. They say (shipping to Italy) to be 3-5 days for the order to arriving. Altough the products are sent from Usa (maybe?) and most important: they delivered the order to an Ups point! If I didn't hade contact the assistance I would never know that my order had been delivered already! Be sure to check with the assistance in case you order from here.

Having ordered everything appeared normal...but for communication! Invalid tracking number. Anyway delivery arrived (on day 9) just as I started cr card dispute/chargeback! Sunglasses as I expected so I cancelled the dispute. The real issue I believe is they're based in Italy yet website suggests 3-4day delivery; that's impossible from (Padova) Italy. Would have been no issue were they to have better communication.

2 years ago, I was instructed by my optometrist to start wearing prescription sunglasses, I'm on disability so I only get so much coverage every 3 years.
In the 2 years of having these sunglasses the frame has cracked in the same spot and caused me alot of frustration as I thought polaroid was a reliable company, now economy optical has told me polaroid will no longer warranty there product because of the timeline however I feel the fact that I've been given such a poor product some form of compensation should be given and polaroid should at the least honor the sale, I take excellent care of my glasses in general and even with cheap glasses have never experienced this, so I'm very disappointed at how I've been delt with, it's really to bad I love the style of the shades, if only I was given the quality, thank you for letting me voice my opinion

Simply awful. After a year the filter on the the front of the glasses started to fade. I contacted customer support, but they did nothing to help. Poor product quality and poor customer experience - do NOT waste your money.

I can’t even give one star. I tried contacting them on the website because of an issue I had with my glasses. They replied first but now stopped completely and just lied in their messages!!

Delivery took much longer than expected and therefore I didn't get my sunglasses in time for holiday.

Returns process was difficult and involved multiple messages. Return parcel took a long time to be acknowledged.

Refund was promised within 7 days of receiving the returned items. It has been 10 working days and still mo refund. It has now been promised within 5 days. We will see...

Scam. Patchy website and no refunds.

I bought some Polaroid sunglasses from the airport a few years ago and loved them. So when I needed new glasses I ordered off the website but it is a scam. No sunglasses arrived and you can’t contact anyone regarding the order

Ordered 2 pairs 2 weeks ago no reply from customer service no delivery tracking nothing at all. Beginning to think this website is fake.

Fake. I ordered sunglasses 1 month ago. They sent me an email with tracking number and it was delivered in an other country. No refund yet just an email
