From a longevity nerd: This is a super high quality cold plunge. Great product. Great company.

The Polar Dive was supposed to be my birthday present but was delayed. So I asked the support team when about I could expect to have my first dive. They replied immediately and made it happen. My polar dive equipment arrived on my birthday and ever since I plunge several times a day. Wonderful!
I am very pleased with Polar Dive and its support team!

Been using for a few weeks with our family (4 kids 3-8) and friends. It’s been great so far. We’re in mobile Al and it’s insanely hot. We have ours in the garage (unconditioned) and it’s been getting down to 39/40. It takes about 12-18 hours cause it starts at 85-90 but if you throw in 3-4 bags of ice it drops right to 55ish and then is at 40 the next morning. The best part by far has been the customer service though. They have been phenomenal!! We’ve actually had some hiccups but it’s been no problem at all because they immediately solve the challenge better than expected and quick every time!! Excited to be a part of the family!

The team at polar dive have done such a wonderful job getting me my new polar dive tub and chiller. I’ve conversed with them many times back-and-forth as I’ve set it up and figured out how to use it. The equipment is outstanding. It keeps it right at the temperature that I want it and for us that’s 47°. It has a fun app that you can turn it off when you’re going to be gone for a few days and it won’t use the chiller, but it also keeps the circulation on so the water is always clean every time you get in it. The tub itself is very heavy duty and it was easy to inflate and it keeps all the dirt out when the wind blows around it. We have ours outside and so far it’s been a delight in our life.

The chiller I bought stopped working less than a year after purchase. It was almost impossible to get any response from Polar Dive. They eventually said they would gix it, but I would have to pay for shipping and repairs that were almost equal to a new unit. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from Polar Dive.

The water is cold, but I’m hot this Fourth of July weekend. Customer service was amazing, we love Love! Her name is actually love. What’s not to love?

This company is a scam. Go to Reddit and folks are upset. I’ve been waiting for my order. You can’t talk to a soul and all their responses are AI. I thought I reviewed and knew they were a good company. I am trying to get my money back through my bank.

I’m very happy with my polar dive pod and chiller. There was an issue where the water wasn’t flowing properly and they sent a separate product to install and get the water flowing. The customer service and lengths that they went to fix the issue was really great with how quickly and kind they were. They do it well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! Does the job and is reasonably priced. I love using it every day. It's like a quick spa vacation at home.

I ordered a Polar Dive cold plunge when one that I had from another company (now out of business) stopped working. I emailed Polar Dive simply to ask about the status of my order. I didn't even complain, just asked when it would ship (it had been towards the longer end of the stated shipping time). Their response, even though it was a weekend, was almost immediate. They not only explained the delay (orders outpaced production) but offered to send ship my chiller immediately with a smaller tub at no charge while I wait for my tub! That's the kind of customer service that gets you a custom for LIFE!! If their product is half as good as their customer service, I made the right choice for sure!! I wish there was a way to give more than five stars!!

Excellent company. Had a question about my order. Customer Service (Love) was excellent. Explained the reason for the delay in detail and went out of her way to accommodate due to delay. The owner of the company really gets customer service!!! Can’t wait to start plunging!!!

I had issues getting my chiller to function properly, even after going through the troubleshooting process. I went as far as draining the tub and repositioning the whole set up and it still didn’t work! I was so frustrated, I just wanted to return the whole thing and go with another brand. Once I reached out to customer support, there were lock step with me through the entire process, with prompt responses and helpful troubleshooting tips. We got it working and I couldn’t be happier. Once I got that first email from customer support, I knew I was in the right place with the right company! The product itself is excellent and very well built.

I ordered the bundle pack and unfortunately the chiller got damaged in shipping but the team was amazing and very quick to get it resolved and have a new one sent out! When I sent the email to notify them about the chiller being damaged they answered back with such care you can definitely tell it wasn’t an automated response and they care about the customer! I would 10/10 recommend this brand to anyone!!

Don’t get it. We have been fighting with this polar dive for 6 months. It leaks no matter what we do. Not one time have we used it. Buyer beware. Terrible!!!!

My only regret is that I didn’t put the review in 2 weeks ago. I may have saved someone from buying a bS father day gift.

Customer service was very good. I really like the larger tub because I can extend my legs. The cooler is very efficient with power consumption which is a pleasant surprise. Now I have cold water in the desert!
