Bought several t shirts 4/4/25 and paid for the Seel shipping insurance as well. Got an email confirmation from Seel but nothing from polarchic. I've emailed twice with no response asking for an invoice. If nothing by 4/16 I will be contacting my bank and disputing the charhe. Update 4/24, did FINALLY receive shipping confirmation and received items, however they're all different size wise despite all ordered as the same size of 2x.

Unfassbar schlechte Qualität
Ich kann nur bestätigen, dass dir Qualität unmöglich ist. Hoodies aus 100% polyester. Im Internet steht Baumwollmix und auf den Fotos sind definitiv Hoodies aus Baumwolle abgebildet. Das ist bewusste Kundentäuschung. Finger weg.
Jetzt wo ich alles zurücksenden möchte, soll ich Bilder von der Kleidung machen und aufzeigen wo die Mängel sind. Auch das ist Schikane. Es sollte wohl reichen, dass ich Kleidung aus Baumwolle kaufen wollte und nicht aus polyester. Außerdem habe ich 2 Wochen lang ein Widerrufsrecht. Sollte sich das Unternehmen weiterhin querstellen, werde ich meinen Rechtsschutz einschalten.
Traurig aber wahr. Ich wollte einfach nur lässige Kleidung in Qualität die man vertreten kann.

No order confirmation and no response company
Ordered a hoody, havent received a order confirmation via mail. Costs of the order already wrote off my bank account, so I emailed guestservice email with my case and said I wanted to cancel my order. Still havent had a reply or order confirmation.
Update after reply:
I have send you an email with all the information already on October 17th. The order only contains the hoody "If Im too much, go find less"

El 27 de junio hice una compra de 2 polos en esta web.
En Julio me comunicaron que había problemas de suministro y que debía esperar. Durante este tiempo he tenido dificultades para recibir información del pedido. A principio de agosto, recibí en casa un sobre vacío.
No he conseguido ninguna explicación. Por ahora no tengo ni los 2 polos, ni el dinero que pagué en junio.
