Dont buy here
I placed an order for Spain (which says it was delivered, but it actually wasn't). I also placed an order for the Canary Islands, which are part of Spain. Their website only allows you to enter Spain as the country, and I entered a province in the Canary Islands as the province. They made me pay twice for shipping so I could get the package, which never arrived.
Edited: Since you've responded inappropriately, I'm here to point out once again that the Canary Islands are part of Spain. If you don't include SPAIN (NOT CANARY ISLAND) on your website, or where it says to select the province, don't include LAS PALMAS, where it refers to the CANARY ISLANDS.
Before closing, I'd like to say that your customer service is the worst I've ever seen, even telling me not to buy from your website again, that I wouldn't be welcome.

Always speak respectfully, otherwise I'll let you show me the evidence of even the slightest disrespect. I put SPAIN in every store I shop at; I don't have to put CANARY ISLANDS in any of them. By putting the province of the Canary Islands (Las Palmas), I assume it's the islands.

We understand your frustration regarding the shipping issue. Our website currently does not support addresses in the Canary Islands, and unfortunately, the initial address provided was incorrect. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, customers have the option to either request a refund or pay for reshipping to the correct address. You chose to have the order resent.
At no point did we receive communication from you regarding difficulties in providing the full correct address. As a result, the package was returned by Spain Postal Services because the Canary Islands are not part of mainland Spain’s standard shipping network. Once we received the correct address, we proceeded with reshipping.
The package was also delivered 08 March.
EDITED: To clarify, while the Canary Islands are part of Spain, shipping logistics often treat them as a separate region, which can affect delivery services. We do not control what Spain Postal Services accept or do not accept in terms of regional classifications. We shipped to the address provided, but unfortunately, the postal service was unable to process the delivery.
We always strive to assist our customers to the best of our ability, but we also expect respectful communication. Our team made every effort to resolve this issue, and we stand by the support we provided.

Fast delivery
My order came so quick, along with being packaged super securely. Really nice to be able go get chinese cards from an Irish seller. I thought I was going to have to buy them off ebay and was worried about being scammed, but was so happy when I found Pokipair. I highly recommend!
