Hey, I'm Mason, and I run PokeSource with a small team out of our warehouse here in Melbourne. We're a Pokemon and One Piece TCG store selling 100% authentic, factory sealed product to collectors across Australia. We started small, just collectors who loved this hobby and got sick of the same stuff everyone's dealt with: weighed packs, dodgy sealed product, and the hassle of Maccas car park meet-ups just to grab a box. The name actually comes from what we do. We source Pokemon for you. We don't have a contract with Pokemon or a big distribution deal that drops product on our doorstep. Every booster box, ETB and UPC we sell, we've gone out and found ourselves. We hunt down the deals, we buy the stock, and we take on the risk so you don't have to. Because we don't have a supply contract, our pricing moves with the actual market. When a set runs hot, the cost to us goes up, and we're honest about that instead of pretending otherwise. We're not trying to gouge anyone. We just price fairly based on what it genuinely costs us to get the product in. Everything is kept in climate-controlled storage. We try our hardest to dispatch same day from Melbourne when you order before cut-off, though sometimes on big release days it might take a little longer while we make sure every order goes out right.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Scalper prices and if you cancel you get robbed! I cancelled 10 minutes after purchase and was slugged a 20% fee on a $1500 transaction. Disgusting! I will warn everyone of this behaviour.

Do not buy from this website. They mislead with their listings and customer service is irresponsive! The listing showed 3 of the type of product and the price more or less was 3x MSRP only to find only one was to come. Whilst they did acknowledge the misleading listing I am still waiting a response of refund options and sending the product back, unfortunately my experience was compounded by needing the product for a birthday gift. Such a waste of time and money! DO NOT BUY

Dishonest!
With the price of pokemon now because of scalpers I’m pretty careful with what I buy, I check costs across as many sites as I can, do the math on weather bundles are worth it with stores compared to their single pack pricing. I was working the math on some booster packs from here and realised that as you order more of one pack, they initially get cheaper, but by the time you get to the 6th or 7th packet you’re no longer saving and the price per item actually started going back up. I don’t like paying shipping to I always order enough to get free shipping, but on one of my experiments to find the best deal on packs, by the time I got free shipping, the packs themselves costs an extra $2.50 each, completely negating the free shipping and then some.
I don’t understand the reasoning. Technically it’s legal if it says it in the terms, but damn it’s dishonest. I just want some cute Pokemon cards that I never got a chance to buy in stores :(

Waste of money! Won’t be shopping here again.
Honestly, I had high hopes for this buy and feel like I got ripped off. First of all, some of the boxes were damaged and an individual booster pack was extremely bent too. They left the sticker on it with the price tag attached to it, which said $40 which was unprofessional and misleading. The postage time was reasonable. I added it all up and I spent $650 and didn’t get anywhere near that in return.
On the website, it doesn’t give the option to leave a review. This was the only place I could..
I did contact them directly but still haven’t received an email or call back to discuss the poor condition of my order. I ordered this about a month ago.

Have waited over an almost two weeks…
Have waited over an almost two weeks without my parcel being sent , have sent multiple emails and messenger messages and asked for a refund multiple times. All I have gotten back from them are excuses and no refund. Will never return to this sh*thole of a business

Held money for weeks then cancelled
Ordered and after holding my $1250 for 2 weeks with no update the market price moved up and they cancelled my order. Long shipping time so they can see if the market shifts.
