Owned and run by me, Lianne, a fan of all things Disney and other pop culture franchises including Harry Potter, Marvel, Star Wars to name a few! Update Review
Initially, I have a poor review based on slow delivery, however, I now understand that this was due to a temporary store closure/holiday that was mentioned on the site - but not the sections I visited (I went straight to the item page from a Google search rather than from the homepage)
My comments were addressed very clearly by the company, and actually the service around the shutdown was very good.
The item I ordered was excellent - great quality and beautifully wrapped and packaged.

Hello Nicky, we are very sorry that you are disappointed with your Poisoned Apple experience on this occasion. As you can see by previous reviews, this is a very rare occurrence. We take pride in doing all we can to ensure that every customer is pleased and take any concerns and feedback seriously.
I have looked at your order and can see that it was placed 7 working days ago, on Sunday 20th February, so would have usually been dispatched on Monday 21st. However, as you will have been able to see in a message on our homepage and in the top banner which is visible on every item page and in the basket area, we were on holiday and so advising customers that orders could be placed as normal, but would not be dispatched until we returned home on Friday 25th February. You must have missed these points of information unfortunately and we are very sorry for any disappointment this has caused. Thank you for taking the time to write this review and bringing this issue to our attention, so that we can look at more ways to keep our customers informed going forward.
As your order was placed using standard delivery (up to 5 working days) and dispatched on Friday as promised, your order is in transit and due to be delivered this week, in line with our delivery times.
When your order was dispatched you will have received emails from the delivery company and us with tracking information. If you have missed these or have any other questions, please do not hesitate in sending us a message directly to customercare@poisonedapple.uk and we will be happy to help.

Easy purchase and quick shipping
I have no complaints about Poisoned Apple, I'd never heard of them before this purchase but they had a very specific Loungefly bag that I wanted. Ordering was easy and it arrived in only a couple of days.
