To be honest, I wasn't sure at all about this company before contacting them, but I was completely wrong. Their service from the very beginning was very professional. Contraté una mudanza de España a Alemania y se ajustaron a mi rango de precios y me ofrecieron varias opciones. Todo me llegó en perfecto estado y, salvo algún imprevisto, fueron muy puntuales en cuanto a las fechas y horarios.

Lo único que mejoraría un poquillo sería más la comunicación por su parte en cuanto a ultimar detalles, pero sí que es verdad que aunque les escribas tú te responden en el mismo día o al día siguiente como muy tarde.

Si tengo que hacer alguna mudanza en un futuro, volveré a acudir a ellos.

Necesitaba que me trajeran un par de tablas desde Paris y fue mi mejor opción. No dan unas fechas concretas o plazo tope de entrega. En mi caso acertaron con sus predicciones y mi envió llego en ese plazo aproximado inicial. Contento con el resultado.

Pointpicker had some bad luck with a van that broke down, but they handled the crisis very well and delivered with precision. I would definitely use them again - and recommend them to others for moves through Europe. They answered quickly every time and were very serious. (The 4 star review would have been 5 if it wasn't for the broken van. The rest was perfect.)
