Cancelled ride no refund
They called us an hour and half before our pickup time and told us they were not going to pick us up as they did not have the proper transportation that would pass an inspection point. They are a service that specializing in mountain destinations and they did not have a proper car. We had to ride a ski shuttle from outside our lodge to the main lift and then waited for about 30 minutes until we saw someone dropping off their kids and paid them to take us down. At that time of day the Ubers and Lifts were not available. It was very stressful but I would be understanding if they at least were sorry and offered a refund. They do not answer the phone and customer service is a bot. Stay away.
