After receiving the wrong juice. I emailed the company and I was sent out the correct order. Good communication with ionnas throughout the issue getting resolved. And very good deal on juice.

Excellent order process and dispatch. Given a four star rating this time as many of my favourite juices were out of stock. Messaging platform worked but could not say when items were back in

The best customer service experience
I don’t normally write reviews but had to for this. I had an issue with a product I brought in store and reached out to their customer service team. They were extremely helpful friendly and went above and beyond to reconcile the issue with a replacement and a gift. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered and thoroughly enjoyable products. A big shoutout to Emily on the sales team I hope your team sees this and responds positively. Many thanks. Zac.
