When I bought the dog back pack I then realised that I needed the booster, so ordered this separately which meant paying for the postage twice. Without even asking the company realised what I had done and refunded me one set of the postage and put my order together! Great attention to detail on their part!

The item I ordered turned out to be too small for our dog. The customer service team were excellent in replying to our queries about the larger size available (which was still too small for our needs). We requested a refund which was processed as soon as our returned parcel was received.

I did a lot of research before ordering the K9 Knavigate dog backpack, and I am not disappointed. Our Blue is 16kg of solid Frenchie and she fits in a large size perfectly. Well made and looks like it will last - it’s a lot of money, but you get what you pay for.

Podgy Paws is a brilliant company, and they made the whole thing effortless from start to finish. Good communication at all stages, and it actually arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a bonus. I will have no hesitation in ordering from them again, and would throughly recommend them for all your doggy needs. Will be popping into the shop when next up in the Lakes.
