Like so many on here, I can’t praise The PMU Society enough. They’ve helped me to transform my business and my peace of mind. I’ve been doing PMU for two years and since the start I felt stressed and consumed all the time by whether or not I’ll make enough money this month etc… not able to rest as I was constantly working to drum up clients or improve my website to get more clients etc, etc. I’m sure you know the feeling.

The second I read the email from Melissa, I felt like this company was different to all the others. I had a meeting with Dan and had a gut feeling that this was what I had been looking (& praying tbh!) for.

We mustered every last penny from every account to make the first payment and I threw myself into setting up the adverts. It was all easy to do and they are never far away if you get stuck. It took a few days to get through the programme but long story short, almost instantly I was booking in clients. Within 1 month, I was fully booked 3 weeks ahead. I’ve now upgraded to an ambassador membership (where they manage your messages for you) as there were so many leads to get back to. Being busy at work (hurrah!), with the kids and a husband who works a lot, it’s been the ultimate dream.

I’d been running adverts for over a year but the quality of the leads you get is different with the PMU Society. I don’t know why, they know what they’re doing I guess. Everything is backed my data, so they know what works and how to bring in your dream clients. I’m a life long subscriber from here on in. Plus, they are all lovely to work with and help you with whatever you need to get you up and running.

I’m so grateful to have found them, I feel like my old self and I’m able to enjoy my family and be present once again. If you’re thinking of joining, don’t hesitate! x

Ive signed up with PMU Society nearly 2 months ago. Before that I paid a large amount to another agency which setup my FB ads and guaranteed me that I would get at least 18 new clients a month. Long story short it didn’t gave me what they’d promised and couldn’t get my money back. That’s why I was very skeptical of trying another advertising agency but because my business was dead and my FB ad account was disabled I thought I’ll book a call with Sean and see what he’s offering. To my surprise he wasn’t hyping the amount of clients that I will get per month but instead went through explaining in depth what kind of system he and his team had designed to convert potential clients into paying clients. I gave it a try and by my surprise I’m weekly fully booked ahead which now I have to open more slots and I’m loving it!
Sean and Daniel fixed my disabled FB ad account, they knew what they’re doing and within less than a week my ads were running and doing amazing. Getting at least 8-12 leads a day!
I usually don’t leave reviews but Sean and Daniel deserve it!

I have been doing PMU for 6 years but was only able to get one, or (if i was lucky) two bookings per month and offering other beauty services just to keep my business ticking over! Not being able to focus on what I love was quite disheartening. If I could give them a 10 out of 5 I would. My bookings have doubled in the first month alone and I just know this will continue. The first week was hard work completing the training, building my website and setting up the systems. BUT after that the systems took over and I've been concentrating on doing what I love. This has been the best business decision I have ever made! I have to be honest I was very skeptical when I received the email but was interested to see what the PMU Society had to say. If you are on the fence, my advice would be do it, you won't regret it!!!

I cannot thank this company enough. They have all been absolutely great. I am a real worrier when it comes to investing in things, and not only have they answered all of my questions and concerns well, they have been completely transparent and honest with everything that was sold too me. Working with scale my salon has truly transformed my business, so happy with the service they provide.The areas that I found stressful in my business have now all been taken care of and now I can focus on clients! The growth in my business so far has been incredible.I can’t thank you guys enough .

I was contacted by SMS in the summer of 2023 and was very sceptical to begin with. I thought that was another scam email that comes through every day. My business was then in a dip because of the summer holidays and people having to save money etc. After a couple of meetings with Dan I have decided to try and to be honest I wish I had done it sooner. I had my new website (professional) after a week of signing a contract and my income doubled after only 1 month of working with the guys. Melissa was amazing - replying to my clients and scheduling consultations for me! Another month later I have increased my package and now I have a personal assistant, social media manager and so much more! All I need to do is work and enjoy, as the rest is already taken care of. :) Anything you need - the guys are ready to help 7 days a week!

Where do I start? I am SPMU artist and I run my business by myself. It means I was doing everything on my own: do the treatments, book the clients and reply for messages etc. I felt like I was working 24/7. When I decided to give a go with this company, it was THE BEST BUSINESS DECISION I EVER MADE!!!!

A lot of weight of my shoulders is gone! I can finally concentrate on what I do without worrying about the rest.

The way how they solved any issues, literally in the top speed!! I am still amazed how they deal with me as a client and how professional. Anything I will ask, it will be done.

I definitely made the right decision in choosing to use scale my salon. I had a good client base and was moderately busy but it wasn’t consistent, I’d have busy weeks but then go quiet for a period. Since using scale my salon I have been consistently busy.

The nature of my business means that clients don’t need to return regularly, it’s every year or two for a top up so I need to constantly be finding new clientele. This has been achieved with scale my salon.

Melissa is great, she has fantastic customer service skills which is key in this business, she knows how to deal with clients and build rapport. It really takes the pressure off knowing she’s there to deal with enquiries and bookings as that can be a full time job in Itself. Having 2 young children I don’t always have the time to reply straight away.

I recently when on holiday for 10 days, Melissa dealt with all my bookings and enquiries and didn’t need to get in contact with me once while I was away, it was great knowing she was there to deal with that side of things so that I had bookings to return to.

I would definitely recommend using scale my salon, it has definitely improved my business!

Fantastic service from true professionals! Although I've been in the business of SPMU & Aesthetics for 20 yrs, marketing was never my forte. But Scale My Salon does by far more than that! They do all the communication and client bookings, in the most professional way. I'm so lucky they approached me, as would never have known such fabulous service exists. You are probably here reading this as you are in the same position I was 3 months ago! Scale my salon have reached out to you and offered to help turn your business around with a package that seems to good to be true! Yes.. I had the exact same questions.. are they the real deal? Is this a scam?..etc Well I can honestly say this is the best decision I have EVER made for my business..they are AMAZING!

I joined in January after more than 2yrs of struggling to get a steady flow of clients..to the point I was ready to give up. I was on my phone/laptop every day/night posting ads on FB with no luck, offering crazy prices to customers just to get clients in and undervaluing my work..I was going round in circles.

3 months later and my business is booming! I have new clients booking every single day and my diary continues to fill up each month. We’ve all been there… should I spend money on this? What if it doesn’t work? Well I can honestly say this company has changed my world. I can spend more time with my family and I now earn more.

I’m self employed and there was only me to do treatments, admin and everything else with social media. I said I worked part time, but actually, I would work in my clinics and then work on my phone/laptop into the early hours most nights so I wasn’t really part time at all. And I didn’t get paid for the admin side.

I was burnt out and at my earning hours limit because the admin was taking up too much of my week.

I had a website I’d built myself on Wix (but it was very basic) and I ran my own social media ads but I couldn’t keep up with the demand when clients would enquire. Even with FAQ’s and pre saved responses I’d created over the years.

Then, along came Scale my Salon.

They built me a new website with lots of handy functions; created my ads and sorted me out with an app that filters all work related inboxes, into one inbox. That alone was amazing!! I no longer have to check everywhere for messages. They appear in one app. Thank you Dan and Sean! You made my life easier with those things and you’ll probably never know how much I appreciate it.

Then there’s Melissa. I love Melissa! She spent time studying how I communicate with my clients and now, she’s basically me when she responds to my inbox. There have been times that I look at a response and think “I can’t remember writing that?!” And then spot that the initials aren’t mine, they’re Melissa’s! She’s lovely to my clients and I feel like I’ve gained a friend/colleague, rather than just someone in the background that does things for me. She’s so approachable and we get on well.

This whole thing doesn’t all come without learning curves and anxiety - to be putting your business in someone else’s hands - but I’ve learned to run with it and I’m so glad I did! Things started a little slow in the first 2 weeks (looking back, I get that now though and tbf, the client guarantee eased my mind), but now… they do everything for me really. That meant, that without the admin, I could open up more hours to actually do treatments and earn more. So yes, there is the fee each month, but actually it’s worth it because you can free yourself to work more, earn more and probably still be working less hours than you were when you did all the admin yourself.

The guys do a lot of prep and work behind the scenes and if they don’t get you clients, they don’t charge you, so actually, they have as much to lose as you do because they’ve spent hours setting you up and if it doesn’t work, you don’t pay, so you’re not even paying upfront. You only pay if it works.

I’m so happy I chose ‘Scale my Salon’ and I don’t see why you wouldn’t enjoy all the same benefits too.

I can honestly say that choosing to work with Scale My Salon was by far the best decision I’ve ever made for my business. The team are incredibly professional and clearly know exactly what they are talking about. After putting full faith in their methods my bookings more than tripled anything I had before in the first month! They are so easy to work with, so friendly and understanding.

Working with scale my salon has given me my passion back and made me excited for the future. They take the stress out of everything that comes with running your own business and allow you to do what you do best. I've gone from 2 permanent makeup clients a month to 3 - 4 a week in under a month and I only work 3 days a week. The communication is amazing and they really want the best for you and want you to do well. They care about what they do.
