Plymouth Van Man Removals Anmeldelser

Turned up early (they did phone first to see if that was ok) worked quickly and efficiently both loading and unloading a number of kitchen units and appliances. Worked to my timescale exactly, very pleased with everything, gave them tea and cakes to say thank you, used them twice now, will definitely use again if needed.

Excellent service. Very friendly and nothing was a problem. Felt very assured and in safe hands. Will definitely use again.

I have known them since 2022 to move my Mom. They are fantastic, I highly recommend. I use them for purchases of furniture the collect & delivery with no issues. And other things that they do never had any issues.

I MET LEX 3 years ago and he was great then and even greater now.

Efficient and polite. Good price .

They cancelled on me on the day of the booking, 18th November, so had to arrange moving house last minute with another company. Was told my refund, £160, would be with me in 5-10 working days. No sign of my refund. Despite chasing. Was told again in December that they would ‘sort it’ and still nothing. Left me short of money for Christmas and couldn’t visit my Dad in the nursing home as much as I wanted to over the Christmas period. Tried to chase again on the website and my query was just ignored. Have had to try and claim back through my credit card company. Which is taking ages now as well. It’s now 2 months since they cancelled on me and still no sign of my refund. Angry would be an understatement!!!!!

The company was responsive from the moment I booked their service. On the day, they kept me updated as they were running a few minutes behind.
The two men that came to relocate my items were warm, friendly, kind, down to earth and chatty in a pleasant way. Everything was done within the allocated time I booked. They even gave me advice on when to switch my fridge freezer on. I was very pleased and happy with the professional service. I would use Plymouth Van Man Removals again, and highly recommend this company to family, friends and others.

We’ve used these guys last year to move house, and move from our rental into our new home, then this time used them for transporting items for work, and they’ve always been amazing. Hard working, very organised, perfectly punctual, great fun to be around, amazing service, very affordable, never let us down and I will continue to use them and recommend them, time after time. Can’t wait to use them again, and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Kevin turned up early, was friendly and chatty. All moved very quickly! Very competitive price. Will definitely recommend!

Great service, good communication & fabulous time keeping🙂
I can definitely recommend this company, I really appreciate how helpful they were with the collection & delivery of my daughter’s belongings from storage to her new student flat in Plymouth.

These guys are great. Good banter and fast work, couldn’t ask for more than that. The move was completed in an hour and 45 mins, brilliant stuff.

Excellent service, fast, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always professional and take care with items used a few times and are always professional and value for money

The lads were just perfect again. Stuff from the unit to different locations. Both homes and residents treated with the utmost respect as ever.

I've said it before, but I'll never move with anyone else. They make you feel safe and looked after. They are strong and quick. And they are professional.

I don't plan moving for years and years, but if I ever have any smaller shifting jobs, I'll be calling them.

Thanks again, guys.
