Rug arrived not damaged with packaging secure. It has a few raised places I’m still trying to smooth out. Overall I’m very pleased.

Nice quality, ok price.
Delivery was easy. Quality is nice.
Only thing was it was advertised as teal. Other choices in the same item were blue or turquoise. The teal is just shades of gray and light and dark blues with no green undertones to make it look teal. It is a bit bluer than I anticipated and colors more subdued.. I will make it work with my room even so. I love the soft finish.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We're glad to hear delivery went smoothly and that you're enjoying the quality and soft finish of the rug.
We also appreciate your feedback about the color. We understand how challenging it can be to accurately represent colors online, and everyone's screen can display them a little differently. Your comments about the teal appearing more blue and gray than expected are very helpful, and we'll be sure to share them with our team as we continually work to improve our product descriptions and imagery.
We're happy to hear you're able to make it work with your room, and we hope you enjoy it for years to come. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for choosing us!
