Nathan Nazareth was the reason I trusted Plus agency because I had trust issues after being Scammed in the past feom a stupid agency. I have been using their services for almost 3 months and I can say that my business has been significance positive change and I'm able spend over $40k a month on both platform which is 4x since I started with them.

Their response LITERALLY 'we don't care about your campaigns, why will we check them?' 'We are not interested in working with you' 'please look for another agency' so so horrible! Stay away!!!

They are deleting everytime my review
They are deleting everytime my review. Be aware of those SCAMMERS! They steal money and give bad support. Everytime you delete my review I will replace it to warn people!
PS: they are writing fake reviews by themselves so their percentage goes up. Pure scammers.

SCAMMERS, not a professional agency! DON’T recommend
Biggest SCAMMERS, never work with plus agenency!! When you make top ups they keep a big part of the money without even telling you. When confronting them they come up with lies about other fees. Even when I already paid the 4% fee we agreed on but they kept more than 15%. SCAMMERS!!! There is 0 communication 0 help 0 transparency and 0 customer service. Even when asking for a refund for your STOLEN money they laugh at you and come up with even more lies that you have to pay them.
They also have FAKE trustpilot reviews on their website. Do not trust these scammers!
Very very bad experience, I would NOT recommend to work with them. You WILL LOSE money and time.
THIS WAS THE FIRST AND DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME!!!!!!

Your statement is significantly inaccurate. We have documented evidence indicating that you initiated numerous credit card top-ups. Since June 28th, there have been a total of 10 transactions, each ranging from $200 to $300 per top-up. During the onboarding call with our sales representative, you were clearly informed that you would be responsible for covering the processing fee, which typically amounts to approximately 4%, not the exaggerated percentages of 10 or 15% that you are currently asserting.
Furthermore, it is evident that you were fully cognizant of this fee structure, and we possess the necessary information to substantiate this claim. Regrettably, Trustpilot's policies do not allow us to present this evidence on their platform.
For the sake of clarification, it's important to note that among our clientele, you rank as one of the lowest spenders, with a total expenditure of less than $2.5k since your engagement with our agency commenced. Your discontent seemingly stems from the fact that, after utilizing the advertising account for a span of 2 months, you now express a desire to reclaim the setup fee.
They Scammed Me
They Scammed me! I wired funds for an ad account, but never received the account, or filled out any form, They said the funds were non refundable even though they hadn't done a single thing! I didn't sign an agreement or nothing. They stole my funds, and now don't respond to me. They told me via Skype that they will not argue with me on this and simply stopped responding.
Highly disapprove of this company, anybody with 5 star reviews beware of potential fake reviewers. I have chat receipts and funds transferred to prove my review. They scammed me, Buyer BEWARE! never again.

First of all, we refund your money and we have a proof of that. We believe you are not happy because we didn't let you scam people by promoting a 100% fake no compliant business. We have spent tons of time guiding you to promote a legit business but you are not competent to do it. You couldn't even add a privacy policy or terms of service to the footer of the website. BTW, you are the one using a Fake profile.

Hi Chris, we really don't understand why are you rating us and claiming false information. We do accept Wise, and Wire transfers to our EUR & US bank accounts. also Stripe and Payoneer payments.

If you are facing issues with facebook ad accounts getting blocked or have a spending limits, Plus Ad agency is your where you should go! I was facing the issue from past 3 months, then finally I found them and they have been soo helpful everytime I get stuck. Best agency to work with.
