I was really impressed by Ally's professionalism during the entire process, from the outreach to communicating progress during the rounds of interviews. I really appreciated the support and encouragement throughout the interviews as well. I am also very happy with my new company and wouldn't have found the opportunity without Ally's help.
Plus10 initially reached out to me a couple months after I'd started my work. I was clear that I wasn't looking for work, and the team was great about respecting that. They asked after my career goals, and checked in quarterly to see if I was tracking toward that. I also asked about some general career planning, and had some good discussions about what skills I might need to develop.
