Called at very short notice, had a brand new boiler installed the very next day, couldn't have gone above and beyond anymore than he did, would highly recommend to all

Awesome. Richard offers a great service and REALLY cares.

Capped off the gas to my hob, pressure tested, done!

Can't fault the service A*

Needed my gas pipe extended into new kitchen. Richard attended and was professional from start to finish, explaining what was needed and the process as he worked. Highly recommended.

I've just had a new boiler fitted in my shop in Oakham by Richard at plumbgas365 he came the next day after my initial call and really saved the day. Top installation / Top bloke thank you Richard.

Richard turned up early the next day, as promised. Made a point of reassuring us with his ID and registration.
Having had an extension recently we have encountered a number of workmen. Richard stands out from the crowd in his professional demeanor and his can-do attitude. Contacted the GasSafe register during his visit and shared the conversation.
A most reliable choice. Certainly my first contact for our next plumbing job!!

When water started pouring into the kitchen (and then the hallway) at mains pressure we had a drama! After managing to get the water supply to the property shut off in the street, we started looking around for help. I spoke to 3 possible plumbers. Richard got the job because he was extremely fast to respond (not the fastest... when I spoke to the fastest I didn't get the impression they could deliver what they were promising) calm, reassuring and had a can-do attitude. He listened carefully to what the problem was, asking salient questions so that when he arrived he hit the ground running. He asked for photos of the problem, stayed in touch before arriving and sourced the necessary parts en route to us.

Richard arrived at the time he said he would come and completed the job promptly. He made plumbing look easy but I know that if we’d tried to fix the problem ourselves it would have been anything but easy! He inspired confidence. We were so pleased that we asked if he had time to do another little job while he was with us.

We found Richard to be a true gentleman. He is determined to make every success of his business and has an outstanding work ethic and customer service ethos. I don't need to say that we 'would' definitely call on him again; we were so confident in him and his work that we booked him to come back and service our gas boiler and I look forward to seeing him later this week.

Sincere thanks for sorting us out when we were flooded, we really appreciated your help.

Richard arrived this morning at the specified time. He did a professional job in servicing the boiler, taking care to be neat & tidy. Richard is a very personable young man, polite & friendly with a genuine work ethic. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Messaged at 3:00 in morning and Rich was out by 9:30 and the job was completed. You can’t ask for any more than that. Rich was efficient and polite

My boiler stop working and I called every company in Lincoln. Nobody would come except Richard, came and fix the boiler and actually did not take that long! I would definitely call again because every single plumber in Lincoln I find are absolutely unreliable and tried to charge you for things that are not needed. Im glad that I found this company.

Had to make an OOH call out for my tenant in Lincoln and was struggling to find an emergency plumber. When I tried PlumbGas I got straight through to Richard who was at the property within the hour. My tenant said he was very friendly which I can also confirm for our phone conversation. Will definitely be using them again.

Bit of confusion over time of arrival, but that was quickly sorted, the fault identified , and pipes capped.

Would definitely use again.

Richard was super professional and did the job perfectly with no issues. I highly recommend his services.

I needed a gas hob and sink disconnected ready for work in the kitchen. Rich was very flexible as I needed to move the date to fit around other trades people. Rich turned up on time did all work required, and advised on other work I may need in future. I would certainly use Rich again.

Rich did an amazing job my Child likes him. Highly recommended.

Richard did a fine job of replacing my radiator. Would highly recommend him

Richard is a great guy. Talked us through every stage of the boiler install.
Ensured he kept things clean and tidy.
Chatted to the kids even though they were making a nusicence of themselves.
Was positive throughout leaving us calm and happy when we had a situation of no heating with 2 kids.
Couldn't recommend more for your next boiler install.

Richard is very professional and helpful, great communication. Kept as close to my budget as possible given extras needed and with full transparency about what he would be doing & what was necessary. Came out for a free quote first & completed the work on schedule.

Outstanding company with amazing customer service. Richard was polite and friendly on the phone when discussing the job I needed completing, this then continued through to his arrival. He explained everything to me as he was doing it and giving me explanations for why he was doing it. The job was booked in and completely in less than 12hrs which is amazing. I will definitely back with any further plumbing issues. Thanks again Richard. Sue

Richard is excellent. Turned up, did the job and really communicated throughout. I will recommend this company to all my friends - the best plumber I’ve ever used. Real professional throughout!
