Plumbgas Services Limited Anmeldelser

We had issues with couple of taps in the house and engineer Ryan was an absolutely lovely man, he fixed the taps within an hour and even gave us hints and tips and advice on things we can do ourselves to fix small issues. His help was much appreciated and we are 100% happy with the service received.

Great service, helped us out with a broken boiler the next day of contacting them. Would definitely use again.

Were excellent at diagnosing and fixing the problem plus explaining what was wrong.

Jack Cross engineer - friendly , informative & extremely knowledgable ! I do wish I had discovered Plumbgas years ago ! I cannot fault their efficient service . Thank you ALL at Plumbgas

Always reliable, good company

Very pleased with all aspects of work on boiler, radiators & plumbing. Now have annual service cover for all heating needs. Skilled, polite, considerate, friendly & informative engineer. Thank you, Plumbgas, for peace of mind.

Fixing flush plate for a wall mounted toilet. Jack arrived at appointed time, he showed care and consideration for my property and did an excellent job. Very happy with Plumbgas (again)
I recently had a new boiler installed and that was excellent as well

Outstanding service. Moved into our new home, only to find that the vendors had taken away the Tado Internet bridge. Finally got it returned, but the heating still wouldn’t work. Had one company come out but all they knew to do was a temporary rewiring so we lost ability to have two circuits. We tried Plumbgas next and although it’s taken them several visits because of idiosyncrasies with our house they communicated with Tado multiple times and have now got our heating working on two separate circuits with no extra charges incurred for all the extra visits.

Thanks again for a yearly service on the gas central heating. Mick is a fantastic engineer with a great customer focus. Thanks again for a job well done.

Mick attended on time to complete an annual boiler service. He was friendly and efficient and all work completed with a minimum of fuss

This visit was to replace a worn seal in the boiler. The service was excellent being kept informed about the arrival time of the engineer. Very polite and professional. Didn't feel like I was being overcharged. Happy to continue to use Plumbgas

Jack worked really hard. Although there was a faulty part, he rushed to the plumbing shop twice and managed to fix the gas leak and connect the new gas oven. Well done!

Fabulous customer care, the scheduling team in the office were friendly and efficient and Jack our engineer was the best! Friendly, polite, helpful and informative! I am signing up for annual boiler service straight away

Engineer arrived ahead of time and completed the work with first rate professionalism. The job was to replace bath mixer tap cartridges…… previously untouched for 22 years!
Job done, no bother. Excellent work.

Have always had first class service from Plumbgas. Rang the company yesterday morning as we had a cold radiator and the engineer called the same day. The issue was fixed but a leaking filter unit was identified. Today the new unit was installed. These engineers are always busy but will always try and fit you in as soon as possible. Can't fault the service we have received. Thank you Ethan and Chris.

Ethan is fantastic. A credit to your company. We are very well pleased with his work today.
