Within a few hours of my phone call Michael phoned to say he was on his way. He was very professional explaining what he had to do.Michael carried out his work very efficiently, and I was very pleased and grateful with the outcome all in one day.

Michael was very friendly and helpful. He found the problem with my bath and toilet within minutes. Very experienced plumber and would highly recommend :)

Jordan was very friendly and professional. He introduced himself at the door and offered to put shoe covers on - that was a nice touch.
I had water leaking out of a light fitting downstairs and he quickly determined what the fault was. He was very thorough and fixed the leak / problem and tidied up after himself, really impressed.

Have to get boiler serviced yearly because of heating and plumbing on Saga home insurance. Boiler working OK. Serviced today by Plumbcare now not working correctly loosing pressure but have to wait two days for a problem created by service.

The whole experience was handled professionally, quick and took the stress out of the situation.

I had a leaking pipe under the sink in my en-suite bathroom the water was coming through the ceiling.

The person who took the call was brilliant, sorted
me an appointment which fitted in with my busy day.

Jordan was really helpful and explained the fault with my hot water expansion vessel. The parts were ordered and fitted within a couple of days. Helpful chap, good customer relations and great communication.

The staff quickly answered my calls and were friendly and efficient.
The plumber was enthusiastic and chatty and soon fixed the leaks.
He also answered any questions I had and gave me useful advice.
Highly recommend.

Mother had new boiler fitted September last year. Had to get another engineer to sort leaks as Plumbcare has 7 day wait.
Not worked properly since instal so have spent last week checking and rechecking system as she is 84 and no help from plumb care. As no help from company I spoke to company who make control units. The reciever flashes green and red all the time. Means the boiler stays on 24/7.They informed it was because unit was wired up incorrectly. Spoke to Plumbcare again. Told had to email and wait response. Person on phone spoke to me like I was 5 years old and told me unit is plug in units. Needs to look at manual. Units hard wired????. So know we wait.
Ps mums bill December month £300. To scared to check January's. Enough said.

Update. Now 5 days without heating or hot water and no contact from this lot. Had work done by this incompetent engineer checked by the manufacturer's approved company. He had damaged the boiler, which was operational, beyond repair.

They sent an idiot who didn't know what he was doing to replace a valve on a boiler that was fully operational. By the time he left, not only was the system not working but he'd snapped the hinges on the control panel door. He kept quiet about that. 3 days now and no heating or hot water

Friendly reliable and professional staff, who keep you informed at every step. We had a leak from the waste pipe of our shower, water came through our kitchen roof. Kieran the plumber arrived to complete the report for our insurance company. He told me exactly what he was submitting. The only delay in getting the leak fixed was down to the insurance company.
Once the work was authorised, plumb care got straight on with the job. Kieran arrived on the 12th January a day earlier than expected. He was friendly, reassuring and respectful in my home. The job took longer than anticipated but Kieran stayed until the job was complete and to his satisfaction. He obviously took pride in his work. Great job and I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Absolutely rubbish, left us with no heating or water, reported a problem 21st Nov and they sent a plumber who replaced the wrong part so boiler broke down again 21st Dec. We were told they were sending an engineer Friday 23rd Dec and he didn’t turn up. After waiting an hour for them to answer the phone they said they had no available plumbers leaving it too late to sort anything out. The result of this is that my husband and myself are pensioners and have been left with no heating and no water till after Christmas
