What a great chap Jordan is so polite and caring In what he does. His parents should be very proud of him and also the company having a great lad on board
Jordan had to remove our toilet due to blockage caused by a basin freshener disapearing. The floor tiles had been put down after toilet was put in and had been grouted around. He reassured us he would not break the toilet but had to spend some time removing the grout and tiles around it. All done blockage removed and no broken toilet. Thank you Jordan fantastic job.

The plumber named Jordon arrived home much earlier than expected or as I was advised by office. He has done a thorough job, ensuring there is no sign of leak in my kitchen pipe underneath the sink. He looked the area and checked other potential points of leaking so that it is safe. He is lively and pleasant with a charming smile. He has done an excellent job and am really happy with his work. Good lad.

Plumber named Jordon arrived ahead of time. Polite gentleman with a reassuring smile on his face. Saw the problem with a leak from the toilet and checked over his work thoroughly before signing everything off. Great service, excellent employee and recommend highly.

My Dad has had a few plumbers this past week to resolve a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling.
Today Jordan came from Plumbcare and was excellent, very professional, didn’t give up when he couldn’t at first find the leak, he persevered and finally found & resolved the issue.
After a few failed attempts at resolving the leak, I can confirm this is now resolved due to Jordan’s fabulous service. Thank you Jordan !!!!

Worst customer service ever !! Avoid

This company was appointed via my insurance B.Clake attended my property and he did not want to sort the leak I had he wanted to leave it for the next day as I had turned the stop tap off so our house was with out water for over 8hrs he wanted to leave it till the next morning as I would have had to arrange child care if we was to do that he's comments was thats not his problem he's words I was shocked to what I was hearing from a 24hr emergency call out he eventually sorted 1 of the 3 leaks he found on the job after throwing his tools about in my house I had to leave the room while he was working because of his attitude when he had finished it looks like he's an apprentice and he needs to be under supervision on his work not just only his attitude and he needs to go back to school for his soldering badge if he wants to stay being a plumber.

The following day I contacted my insurance and they said they would have to send someone out again at there was still a leak and when I showed J.Hopes I would hope it would have been a different attitude to the work needed doing but low and be hold he looked at the issue arguing that there wasn't a leak when I had video proff that the mains tap was still dripping he then started saying he's not touching the work needed started to be aggressive towards me in my own home I told him if he dont do the issue needed I will contact his office an I will get another company to sort out 1 the mess of the previous person and the other issues he left and now he J.Hopes saying its not doing what is required and he was called out to do.

The people that this company employ are rude and would not have in my house again and now I have to pay another company to sort out there mess !

Do not use this company!!!! Avoid !!!!

Had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom leaving a wet patch on the bedroom ceiling underneath. Jordan came out and fixed the issue straight away, great service from him, professional and top guy. Thank you! He's a credit to the company and an excellent ambassador for you.

Jobsworth negativity! When they turn up to service your fire and criticise the fire safe coals. Then visibly delighted to find a crack in the grate so they can charge you for a service and do no work. Plus tell you that the work that their own employee did on the boiler last year is not a safe solution and when you point this out say “you need to take this up with the company”. Avoid!!

Plumbcare made two visits to the property, both were helpful. The necessary work was carried out satisfactorily.

Absolute cowboys in my experience..... they arrange to visit, don't turn up, state they are waiting for a part and send plumbers who know-nothing about any specialist parts... previous repair done incorrectly with the wrong part, a part I waited 8 weeks for with no upstairs flushing toilet. A repair tha took 8 weeks to complete and 14 failed appointments, most of which were arranged the evening before... A Repair that was incorrectly done causing further damage to my ceilinged a company who have tried every trick in the book not to correct their shoddy work .... even suggesting that s they only use certain parts suppliers soma have to write my toilet off due th their not being able to order the part from their preferred suppliers. This company are an absolute disgrace, and should rename themselves Plumbdontcare. To date I have had 9 different plumbers to my property to replace a seal ... and the problem persists ..... CET who empty these charlatans continue to send these people out and have done nothing to sort out this company, who's only consistency is in their ability to make appointments and not turn up, they do this to perfection!! Scarily CET continuing to use their services and send these people out to unsuspecting customers who pay for a service and receive, stress and a huger deficit in their pay packets waiting for plumbers who never turn u or turn up and go without doing a thing ... if you value your time and your mental health AVOID at All Costs ..... Oh and if anyone wants to join forces and take these people to the Ombudsman or court I have seems of evidence .....

Made an enquiry as to the cost of a boiler service at 7pm last night and engineer was booked to come out today! Rang 30 mins before he arrived to let me know and arrived on time. Completed service within 45 mins, Fantastic! Will definately use again.

Visiting Engineer 11239. Really lovely guy who did a superb job servicing my Worcester boiler.

Had to use Plumbcare via Home Emergency insurance to fix expansion tank leak. It was late in the day and was told someone would be with me the next day. Plumbcare kept me informed of progress and said that plumber would call 30 minutes before arrival which they did. Replacement part was fitted and plumber left leaving me very satisfied. Problem solved within 24hrs.
