I ordered a wireless speed limiter for my Ouxi GT2000. I accidentally ordered the wrong connector but PlugNPlay support let me return it for a new one.

The product idea is amazing and it works great

Customer service is great, the throttles are such good quality

Works well super nice easy to install its a small box but the delivery takes weeks

This is a waste of money. Bought a 2TB SSD Disk. When arrived I tried to upload 11 wideo files. This took 20 minutes. Did the same on a near equal Samson drive and it took less than one minute. The return policy say that the item may not be used. Hov can I test it withoput using it? Also I have to pay the return for a useless item. Do NOT buy anything here. Be warned :-(

I purchased a throttle that did not work when installed. From the outset, I reported the issue and provided photos and video evidence showing that the throttle was non-functional. Rather than receiving a straightforward resolution, I was repeatedly directed towards discussions about compatibility, despite the company being unable to confirm whether the product was actually compatible or incompatible with my bike model.

The most frustrating aspect was being told that customers are expected to verify compatibility before purchase, while at the same time the company itself was unable to determine compatibility even after multiple email exchanges and reviewing the bike model in question.

While the company eventually agreed to assess the throttle, the process involved extensive back-and-forth correspondence, repeated requests for information, and a requirement that I pay to return the product for testing despite it being reported as faulty.

I appreciate that products sometimes need to be tested before a fault can be confirmed. However, the overall customer service experience felt unnecessarily difficult, with the burden placed on the customer at every stage rather than focusing on resolving the issue.

Do not buy from them.

On website it says that i can cancel my order within 24 hours of purchase so I text on tiktok, messages and emailed. Only got a reply on TikTok which after I explained the situation they said okay we can refund you text this number so I text didn’t get a respond once I did. It just said “hi” then ignored again. Order took over 3 weeks to arrive which was fine bc i didn’t want it anymore anyway as it was the wrong connector for my bike. once it arrived I gave it to my friend who had the right bike. We then tried it together and it wouldn’t work. I got the speed limiter but only one of the switches worked. I adjusted the gold screw both ways yet it still didn’t work so I text again on TikTok ignored again.
