I purchased a PLUG Wireless Power Bank for AUD$71 & it was never delivered. When I tried to contact their customer service via the email address provided I find out that email address does not exist!! Total scam. Do not purchase from them.

I honestly wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I placed an order nearly a month ago and have received absolutely nothing — no tracking, no updates, no response to multiple emails.

When I finally got through to someone, they gave me a vague excuse and then stopped replying altogether. The website looks professional, but don’t be fooled — this is not a real business.

Even worse, they charged my card immediately and there’s been zero accountability since. I'm now going through my bank to dispute the charge.

This feels like a scam, and judging by the other reviews, I’m not the only one.
Save yourself the stress.

SCAM - Item was purchased in error. Tried to cancel pre International shipping straight away - zero response from customer service and the main emails bounce back. When it turns up it doesn't work. Can't return the product because they don't respond to generate the refund information - NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you want to feel entirely ripped off

SCAM SCAM SCAM … I have given one star because you can’t do none! Avoid this company like the plague! Ordered kit for iPhone 15 took forever to come. The Itag doesn’t work and keeps disconnecting setting off alarm on my phone each time, the battery doesn’t stay on and gets very hot and doesn’t hold charge. I have emailed several times and not one response! Have reported to my bank so hoping they can recover my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

They took my money and didn’t send me the product. I’m trying to get my money back but their Help email doesn’t work, it will bounce.

oplichters zijn het! trap er niet in!

Artikel teveel besteld. Wil terug sturen maar nergens adres te vinden. 3x gevraagd via email. Zeer ontwijkende antwoorden. Retourvoorwaarden is wassen neus. Zeer slechte klantenservice. Er werkt maar 1 iemand. Emma heet ze en kan niet lezen wat je vraagt, maar geeft wel op zondag antwoord. Zeer vreemd!!

Op 12 december iets besteld en 5 januari nog niet geleverd. Tracking gegevens blijven op in transit staan en als je een mail stuurt krijg je telkens dezelfde mail dat het binnen enkele dagen geleverd wordt maar het gebeurt nooit. Klantenservice heeft maar 1 personeelslid blijkbaar want alle mails komen van Emma. Volgens mij bestaat Emma niet. Zeker nooit bestellen bij hun want het geld ben je kwijt

Ordered a power bank and a second one was added without my consent and charged me! Complained and Emma said it was too late and I have heard no more. Reporting them as well.

Total scam company do not order from them.
I placed an order for a power bank and other items were added to my order without my consent, which I was charged for. I notified them straight away that I wanted a refund and to cancel the whole transaction. I was then told via an email from ‘Emma’ that there’s nothing she could do. When I responded that they are breaking the law citing the consumer rights act they stopped responding.
I have reported the company and trying to see if my bank can reclaim the money.

Still haven’t got my items!I have emailed them with no response ( 4 times)

ordered in May still haven’t received the product in 6 months, I have been emailing back and fourth and they are saying they can’t give me a refund when the tracking states the order hasn’t been dispatched to me on tracking.

So annoyed that I didn’t check this out before buying. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. The power pack was so slow charging and hardly charged before running out. When I emailed for a refund they just jelly asking for me to photograph the fault?!? Don’t go near this company.

power bank gets hot and you don’t get a full charge from it also charges very slow

Case is not a sung fit, also magnet is not strong enough to hold the power bank on the case

Tag only works if your 10 meters away

Took 2 weeks to arrive from China (which wasn’t mentioned when ordering)

I advise everyone to NOT trade with this company. despite their returns policy saying that you can return goods they are completely not interested and reply to emails saying they don't take returns. Even if their website says that it does. On top of which i was charged twice and received a duplicate order. A completely fraudulent company and should not be purchased from

I should have read the reviews. I didn’t realise it was coming from China firstly. Then I put it on the back of my phone it got so hot it disabled my phone. When I picked it up I dropped it immediately, it was that hot. I have told them and they keep replying with the same email copy and paste. I’ve now asked to return the item but they said over heating is normal and it’s because of my phone. I’ve replied but doubt I will get anywhere! DO NOT BUY.

Same thing happened to me as Tiffany, charged me twice for the same product. When I told them this they have told me their ‘policy’ is no returning/refunding. Disgusting. Total scam!!!

Didn’t state anywhere coming from China so didn’t arrive in time for my trip. Putting the battery on the case today, doesn’t stay on and falls off with the slightest movement. Haven’t charged it up or turned it on yet but looking at the other reviews don’t think I will bother. Very expensive mistake on my behalf and wish I read the reviews first. No way to return as it wasn’t “full price”. Absolute scam like others have said

Absolutely terrible company. Do not order from them. Charged me twice for the same products and will not refund. Responses are pointless and might as well be emailing a brick wall. It seems they are scamming many people. I hope they get what they deserve. Disgusting.
