Deposited into my plucky account but nothing in my plucky account after leaving my bank account been 48 hours with no money in account or any reply from customer service...what makes it worse is they've took my money but I couldn't enter yhe competition I deposited for and my bet would have won ...terrible company and customer service I would avoid at all costs they clearly don't understand how to handle customers money

Money was taken from my bank but does not show in their balance. I have contacted them and received a reply after the weekend and they resolved the issue

I had a small issue withdrawing some winnings, but this was resolved really quickly by customer service.

Great set up, really enjoyed playing Last Man Standing. The winnings took a while to receive due to a blip in the system, however, Plucky agreed that I take their cut for the inconvenience. I’ll definitely be joining again next season. Jt

Really enjoyed the process of selecting a square and seeing people's emoji reactions once it was drawn. Got told about Plucky from a mate when we were looking to start a sweepstake for the World Cup. UX is really slick, easy to sign me and my mates up and we had our sweepstake up and running within minutes. Just a shame I got Cameroon!! Will be using it for our Fantasy PL as the season end draws closer. Would recommend Plucky to anyone, saves messing around with a cash pot - times move on!
