Lilly gave amazing service, especially with helping with my 2 year old daughter and doing a cute little treasure hunt with her to help keep her entertained. She was so friendly and made our visit very special.

All staff were so welcoming and friendly with us all. The drinks were delicious and came so quickly. Would definitely recommend coming and will be back again very soon! Thank you all staff at PLouise xx

Ho ordinato il mio pacco il 6 ottobre e mi è arrivato ieri dopo praticamente quasi 1 mese...e inoltre ho pagato anche 17.45 euro in più perché il mio pacco è stato trattenuto alla dogana ...perché l'imballaggio non rispettava alcuni l'articolo di legge europea...
Ho mandato un'email e nemmeno hanno risposto.Dopo ciò non acquisterò più!

I bought a bunch of stuff and my xxxl Palette arrived broken and i was so upset i reached out Nadia said they can offer 9 pound /20% but i was not happy as im Mua i need to travel with them..then i messed again i didn't want the discount and just want the Palette if they can arrange to return my broken and replace it as i use it for my everyday work and Ally emailed back this amazing beautiful person literally made me cry i cannot believe she sent me a new palette! She made my day i was thinking ill never order from p louise again bcuz m paying shipping and customs and if i keep getting broken palettes m wasting my money but Ally has changes my experience completely! Also she let me keep my old xxxl wedding wish palette..Ally thank you so much you are absolutely Amazing and company need to have more understanding human beings like you❤️ you truly deserve a raise my love bcuz you literally went above and beyond and Absolutely made my day! I cant wait to get my new Pallet🥰

I order 2 sets for my daughters Christmas. They arrived within a few days and I was kept up to date on the shipping process. The items have all arrived with no issues and beautifully packaged and boxed. The free royal cup was an added bonus for spending over £50. My daughter is going to love it.

Any problems i have they always reply and try help resolve the issue and they always do resolve it and quickly. Always friendly.

UNREAL experience from start to finish! The minute we arrived me and my daughter were like WOW! The empire is incredible!! The staff were amazing especially lily who really looked after us. My daughter got to make her own lipgloss, lily did her make up for her too. She was so excited. The packaging on every single product is 10/10 too. We also had food which was absolutely delicious. The empire is more than I expected. Highly recommend visiting. Thank you everyone.

When getting the lip gloss she helped me out and choose wich one i liked and have us a very magic experince

Plouise advertised a large set worth £60 for £20 when arrived it was the small trio set worth £16 plus 3 bits were missing. When reported they said nothing was missing and the £20 deal didnt exist even though I sent photo proof. I will never buy from this company again. Fraudsters. You can say what you want but it will nit change the fact you have ripped me off. If you want the proof of my missing items send me your email address

Terrible experience, hidden fees, and zero customer support!
I placed an order (#PLS#3144430) on October 19th, and it took forever to ship. When the courier finally tried to deliver it, I was suddenly hit with an unexpected €41 customs fee that was never mentioned anywhere on their website during checkout. Because of these hidden fees and terrible service, I had to refuse the package.
I have sent multiple emails to their support team asking for a full refund, but they completely ignore all messages. They only reply to public reviews with a standard "contact us by email" bot message, but nobody ever responds there. Total scam, stay away!

I was skeptical about their skin care products but since using the foam clenser and moisturiser my spots are reduced and my skin is so soft. Will continue to buy! I have also had support from customers services who are always quick replying back and so friendly.

The products and the customer service are perfect! The help I received was amazing! Thanks to Lucy, who solved my problem better than I wished. Thanks to the whole Team!! :) absolutely recommend

The experience was brilliant we drove from Glasgow and it was worth the drive my daughter loved it, the decor is unbelievable we did the lip gloss making my daughter loved it and the lady helping her was lovely so polite and helpful. The entertainment was a bonus the games were great and really made the experience fun. The shops were so good and reasonably priced had some great deals on we will definitely be back was 10/10
