These reviews are most definitely paid for! I have had nothing but issues with plntd, first one being the constant stock issues, this is not a once off this is a constant problem, which end up causing a lot delays and you will quite often end paying more for the “substitute” they select, you also have to wait for a doctor to assign a substitution which again, causes massive delays. You will place an order and then moments later receive a notifications stating that product is out of stock. They willing take your money knowing they are out of stock.

This company also use StarTrack as their delivery service so express delivery does not exist if you live outside of VIC.

They will force you to make for follow up appointments even though it is not required under the health act they operate under.

If you genuinely need these products as medicine go elsewhere as they do not care about patients only money! I highly recommend you avoid at all costs

The care given from staff to patients is second to none. If onkybwe got the same care in Hospitals and GP Clinics

PLNTD are such a great company to deal with the people are lovely they make the process easy as, not like the other business that over n over again have the same issues with scripts, no stock and no alternatives. You won't be left not high n dry. Also they are so much cheaper, first consult is literally free not the most expensive one like others.Drs are well informed about what's available so your meds are there to order when you need them shipped and received in three days and I'm in the country.
Thanks PLNTD for taking the stress out of the process.
