A lot of oversight
I will keep this short here, you can read the full review on Google 8000 characters.
3 months to resolve issues after purchase but it did happen, thank you. A lot of oversight and poor communication. The walk thru was done by an amazing person Jeremy, very positive, thank you. However repairs were overlooked by the dealer.
A lot of followup had to be done by emails, messages, phone calls. Some responses some not, even from corporate till I spoke with a manager in accounts payable. Everything took much longer that it should have. Everything should have been resolved on the walk thru day it was not.
This is my 4th RV in my life, the others were from FNB but now Kunes. FNB was amazing, never an issue. As much as I would like to purchase from Pleasureland again with things finally resolved I will never again. An overall bad business transaction experience I'm sorry. This should not have happened and there was a lot of inconvenience over 3 months. Thank you though for finally resolving, why I'm giving 3 stars. Jason the manager made things right in the end, thank you. The business just needs to be more organized, better communication, better customer service, followup, service, process, procedure in all areas. I have never experienced this kind of service in my life like I did at Pleasureland. Kyler my sales person did good overall. Was right there until the deal closed and payment made. He followed up and responded then dropped off a bit and back again. It appears he communicated to everyone there but the ball is being dropped somewhere along the line. 3 months to resolve things after purchase and payment is not adequate. Tire pressures were not checked and all wrong, spare 20lbs all called for 80lbs, 15k pounds towing down the road, light bulbs bad, 2 bad batteries couldn't get the 5th off my truck at storage. I had to get two new ones delivered and I replaced but they did reimburse me. Inspection appointment made, drove there was not ready however they reimbursed me for fuel.
They made it right ✅️ but should still have never happened.
