Do Not Buy From Mrbull
Bought an account from Mrbull and it worked fine for a few months.. until the domain name on the email I was provided for the account became inactive. Now my $110 account is bricked and I've lost all the money I spent after using it too.
Have tried reaching out to Mrbull but have been ghosted. If you are thinking about buying from this person make sure they give you a proper email with a proper domain name, don't get duped like me.
EDIT: Mrbull did reach back out to me saying they could not resolve the issue with no explanation. Buying from this person will get you a bricked account and almost no customer service if you have an issue.
EDIT 2: I never asked for a refund from Mrbull or Playswap, I would just like the email domain to be fixed. Playswap's response to this is a big red flag for me, instead of trying to resolve the issue they immediately became defensive and said I couldn't get a refund when I didn't even ask for one... I am an avid buyer of gacha accounts but I will not be using this website anymore. I would recommend using another site like EpicNPC or ZeusX.
