Absolutely worst site ever! I spent $850 the other night, finally got the balance to $400 which still resulted in a lost of $450, tried to cash out, but I had to provide front and back copies of the credit card i was using. I did, but now I'm being told that I have to provide a bank card with the numbers ending in the same numbers as my credit card! That is completely impossible, my bank card does not have the same numbers as my credit card. Now I'm restricted from anything. Live chat doesn't help, and I have $400 sitting in limbo.
Well, i decided to signup and play on PLayOjo. I did deposit 500.00 befor winning anything. After my win is when it all started. I deposited several times and won nothing, yes nothing! So, they sucker you in and then drain your wallet. There excuse, it's random, it's RNG, heard all the excuses. What they dont tell you is that after a win they flag your account and create a win/loss ratio on your account. They want to drain you wallet and then when you win anything you keep playing, and losing more.
So,lastly, Stay away, save your money, this casino is beyond disgusting and such a scam.

They have no problem taking money from you, but if you want to withdraw they are requiring a massive amount of personal information. Copies of your bank statements, a copy of your Visa card front and back, and so much more. Then anything you do submit to them isn't sufficient enough. My bank was quite concerned about what they want!! How I deposit/withdraw into what account is NONE of their business. They should never request such in depth personal information! If you win, prepare to fight to get it.

BETMGM , they are incredible , once you withdraw there is no option to ( REVERSE) and they process within an hour and you get then money in your bank account within 6 - 8 hours.
Made a deposit of $30, money never showed up in my account. My credit card was charge. I have sent several email's and I never get a single response. They have a "live chat" online which is just a bot with generic answers. Can't get any answers. DO NOT bother with the bs of this site. There are plenty of sites 100x better than play Ojo.
I emailed playojo over 3 days ago about a withdrawal as I never got an email like I normally do saying its was being processed and when looking at pending withdrawal it comes up error and playojo not returning any emails over this it is shocking as when I 1st started using the site they was great but now seems as if they are free falling towards dropping out of this market all together
