Just to echo all the other complaints
Just to echo all the other complaints, 0 customer service, absolutely no chance of block booking a venue. Supposedly you get an answer within 48hours, been waiting nearly 3weeks and still no answer. The website is terrible and you can’t actually make a booking, no calendar etc absolute joke of a company

Poor, mediocre, unprofessional company
It is impossible to make an inquiry over the phone. All the options available ultimately refer you to the website. I still don't know what looks like speak to an agent on the phone. After four calls no one picked up the call. The last call I experienced 43 minutes waiting time and I gave up.
I have visited different venues in order to get face to face information regarding long term bookings. Nobody seems to be able to provide any information and the most frustrating thing is, that they refer you to the website! So you find yourself running in circles.
Apparently there's a person in charge of bookings AKA Kieran. However you'll never get a direct number or email for this person.
It's the person to deal with bookings but apparently he's not approachable. What a paradox!
The service it's simply mediocre or non existent.

Forget about getting your money back if you cancel a booking!
Booked a pitch for an hour on a Saturday lunchtime a few weeks back. Realised on the Wednesday prior that we weren't going to get enough players, so cancelled the booking. As it was more than 48 hours before the booking were due to take place, I expected a full refund. But have received nothing. Emailed the venue - nothing. Emailed playfootball.net - nothing. It's been 3 weeks, and I am £30 down because of this cowboy company. And there is no evidence of my cancellation request because their email system is a joke (i.e. emails only sporadically get sent) and they conveniently still list a cancelled booking as "booked" on your online account, so I cannot make a chargeback on my credit card because that requires evidence that isn't there. Feels like it's all been set up this way on purpose. Shocking company.
