Who knows what this company is…

Who knows what the this company is, but Three let them take £60 worth of premium texts from my mobile router SIM. Why have I given them 4 stars? The way they handled the issue. Three were atrocious, and I have left them because of they way they handled this. I had what was supposed to be a data only account, so they should never have let the payments go through. Over an hour on the phone with their very unhelpful customer team had no outcome at all other than them giving me a telephone number for Playboxs. I had to leave my number on an answer phone, but a very helpful woman rang me back quickly. She explained that the text charge only goes through if Three confirm it should, and with a data SIM they should not have done this. She has added all my numbers to their ‘blocked’ list so they can’t be charged again, and I was sent a text to get a refund via the post office (which I had never heard of but was easy to do). If you see texts from them on your account that shouldn’t be there call them. I was happy with how they handled my complaint.

I wish it was possible to give these…

I wish it was possible to give these fraudsters zero stars. They started charging my daughter's phone. She didn't have a clue who the company was, what it was for and hasn't even looked at their texts. The only mobile network they're able to charge through is Three. I complained and got a refund but they have ignored every request I've made for details of when the service was subscribed to, how it was subscribed to and what they did to prevent a child signing up. This company is at best treading a fine line between legal and illegal activity. I will be complaining to the regulator, the PSA.

without my knowledge Playbox CHARGES ME FOR UNWANTED TEXT ADVERTS £3 each!!!

sending me for a year, regardles I marked thqat texts as SPAM. I just found out this charded me 21 times! Robber me £63!

I contacted Three, they told me not to worry, contact Playbox.
Playbox customer care replied so quick, "we will contact you" but never cam back to me.

The text messages was same, its just an advert with a link what I never wanted, never subcribed for it. And they charge for this spam £3.

Beware

I didn’t subscribe to Playboxs premium text messaging but was charged a total of £57 since Dec 2019.
I contacted customer services and emailed screenshots of the charges on my bill.
My refund was processed in 7 working days.
A code is sent to your mobile which has to be presented to any Post Office within 30 days.
I complained to Three as this is my secondary number which I don’t give out as my primary number is with EE.
It’s mainly used for data purposes.
Three did absolutely nothing, I’ll be leaving them as soon as my contract expires as they have data protection issues.

Playboxs scam

I received a text from playboxs via Three network. They charged £3 a fortnight from my phone account for a service I never subscribe. BEWARE! This is a SCAM.
