Shady company. They will let you win sometimes but the games are all set to a declining rtp . You may start off winning 20 here 40 there. But then the wins drop to half those amounts then they stop comming and then bait with 2 of 3 bonuse coins or symbols. Then the wins droo to 25% less than your bet . Also i was grinding out one of there bonuses .and i joined a game called prince of hearts i had 60 $ ballence. I loomed around for the bet amou t and it was pre set at 1$ so i hit the button bam bam bam 3 times during whitch i won 5 dollars. Then i hit one more time and it said insufficient funds. Im like wth so i look around . I can bariky see my ballence and this other amount that said total bet 18 $ ive never in my life playing this site had an entry bet on any game at 18$
They hide behind there legal document and basicaly just tell you your at faukt and if you get upset then you have a gambling problem if thats not fun to you . If I could give this site "0" stars I would. The algorithms used in blackjack have an incredible advantage over the player. Consistent wins by the house with an astronomical probability in favour of the house where they continue to draw the needed card time after time after time. Player gets a 20 against a dealer 6...dealer will draw to 21 (example). Have a good double down opportunity...good luck as the system will not give you a good card about 90% of the time. 8,9,10,11 wins in a row by the dealer...wow. Player doesn't get a face card for 15 hands in a row? Wow. The odds are clearly stacked against the player.

This is the second time I have deposited money to Play Alberta and they have stolen my deposit and not applied it to my account. In total I have lost two deposits, one for $25.00 and another for $20.00. at first it says the deposit is pending and then it disappears, neither being applied to your account nor returned to your bank. When you try to contact them they just say it's being looked into to but they do absolutely nothing. I have made a complaint to the BBB and I'm here to warn others. Do not use this app, whatever you do.

Wow, Just bad. They ask for way too much just to sign up. Try out some demo plays and holy they are terrible. You literally cant win anything. Why would I deposit and play with my own money when the demo play is such a good advertisement to not play your games. I’ve tried out lots of online slots and this is by far the worst. I deposited a few $$$ .. my bank shows the money has been deposited to play Alberta.But on play Alberta, it shows the transaction was declined. But my money is gone from my bank.. just vanished and tried their help chat and got nothing. Such a scam!!!!

I deposited $500 by e-transfer and it was deposited to their account immediately however showed as declined on my play Alberta account and never received the funds. Play Alberta has very nicely just stated we will get to it when we get to it. If I could give a minus score I would. They are under staffed and take extreme times for support and payouts as well. Shame on Alberta government and AGLC.

I deposited $400 via e-transfer, and it was deposited into their bank instantly, then on my account it showed as 'declined' so I have $0 balance. Customer support provides 0 information on why, or how long it would take to resolve it. Asks for bank statement which you have to wait until the end of the month before they become available, and then I can upload. No timeline estimate, no guarantee you'll get your money back. Imagine some guy on the street took $400 from you and then says oops you get no service, won't tell you why or any information, and asks you to run around doing a bunch of work for a CHANCE to get your money back with no guarantees or timelines. You'd call the cops on that guy! Absolutely stay as FAR AWAY as possible from this site, complete garbage!!

Terrible policies and customer service. I somehow entered a wrong email and it changed to that. I contacted them and they said I had to send in 5 documents , drivers licence, passport , bank statement etc. I blacked out information related to transactions and balance. 6 wks later I call to follow up. Nothing had been done and was told they would escalated the matter. One month later I follow up again and was told they do not accept blacked out documents which is b.s. I have now sent them a statement that has zero balance and another utility statement. Once this is corrected and I can withdraw my funds that I won I will be closing the account and filing a complaint with consumer affairs and the better business bureau. Stay away from Play Alberta is my recommendation.

This place is a joke! Do not even bother with them. I deposited $17 …. Just $17 the deposit said failed and never went into my play Alberta account but it left my bank. I have uploaded a verified letter from the bank, an email from Interac with the reference number , my bank statement and a screen shot and they keep telling my uploads were rejected and you can’t speak to the accounting people. They don’t give free spins or any decent promotions and they treat you like sh** additionally they don’t even bother to contact you ever you have to keep calling and they keep telling you to call back in 2 days and never actually email or give one word of when your money will be returned. I’d rather deposit into an unverified unregulated non licensed casino from a country I don’t know how to pronounce. DONT PLAY HERE you only donate.
