Plaster ceiling rose moulding
I desperately needed this plaster ceiling rose to complete my new kitchen decor and was unable to get anything locally! I went to the Internet and found this Company who were so helpful. I found exactly what I needed, ordered it and it was delivered safely within 48hours. The delivery cost was so reasonable and the packing was excellent to avoid any damage.
Now the rose is on the ceiling and looks fabulous! A pleasure to deal with a Company who does what they promise so efficiently. Would highly
recommend to anyone and will most definitely use their services again.

Great product and service
They unfortunately didn't have the size I wanted in stock (there is a 5 to 6 week wait if you want an item not in stock so beware) however I went for the next size up and I'm glad I did as it looks brilliant when out up in the rooms. As they didn't have my original size in stock and I had to go one size up, they offered me a good discount to bring the price as close as possible to what i would have paid if they did. Brilliant. It arrived within about a week.
They only thing I'd say is that it would help if the staff knew a little more about the best adhesive for this stuff and the gyproc stuff you get in B&Q is no good. They stuff their fitters use is Herculite Fibrefix and you need about 0.5kg per length of coving. The stuff comes in 25kg bags and is around £40 a bag. Alternatively, it would make sense if they sold this themselves to save us DIY types some hassle.
Anyways I digress, overall very pleased with the product and service.

Good quality; reasonable price ; delivery not weekly as promised
Apart from the delivery timelines which were not 'within a week' as initially promised, i felt the site had good collection - happy with the purchase. I would get them to update their 'delivery' timelines to be more transparent upfront.

We always try and deliver withing the time stated in our delivery timelines, although sometimes there could be a slight delay due to where we are delivering or to what product it is.
Good service
The order was dealt with promptly, the coving arrived early the following week and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful and called ahead to confirm he was on his way.

Lack of customer care during return.
Uncaring attitude when returning left overs. It took too long, I was passes from pillar to post eventually I get back only one fifth of the money due.

I am very sorry you feel let down but I don't think there was a lack of customer care when dealing with your order.
On the contrary I know everybody in the office has been very patient and understanding.
You first ordered on 11th of March and we delievered on the 17th.
On the 18th you rang us and decided you didn't like the coving and wanted to swap for a different design which we did after 4 days.
The next time we heard from you was after 8 weeks when you rang the office to let us know you had a few lengths to return.
We tried to explain that after 8 weeks you are outside the return policy dates.
And this went on for a couple of weeks. One day we were going passing through your area so as an act of VERY CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE we contacted you and against all the rules we picked up all the left over lengths but we made it clear that there would have been a collection charge and only intact lengths would have been refunded.
This explains why you received less money in your refund. Unfortunately some of the lengths were damaged with chips all over and we cannot restock them. I am not surprised as they were kept by your for 2 MONTHS.
You still did receive some money for the metres of coving that we could restock and I repeat we DID NOT HAVE TO COME AND COLLECT after 2 months.
So you will have to agree with me that we acted very kindly and professionally and yes we did make a mistake which was to come and collect it.
I hope you will reconsider your review because I don't think you would find a better customer service than the one our office staff can offer.
Fast delivery of samples and no shipping fee!! Great service!
I was really happy with the samples revived and the delivery service. I was given an era for arrival on the day and able to track the package easily online. Thanks

From the first contact to delivery, excellent service
I first made contact with just a question and the response was helpful and prompt. Then I had further questions after deciding online what I wanted. Not only did Laura help me but also returned my call really quickly after getting answers. Then kept in touch right through to delivery day, two days earlier than promised!! Great service, even the driver helped unload and was really friendly too.

Good service but disappointed with lengths of product supplied (2.5m)which meant for much cutting and joining! Product is also too brittle and fragile.

As for it being brittle and fragile i am sure you will appreciate the fact that it is a very delicate handmade product made of real plaster.
