Ordered in May a few plants, used the promo code to split the total amount to pay at the checkout.
First payment to be done once you order, the second half once the plants are ready to be shipped.
After just three days they contacted me, telling me I had to pay the other half in their currency, which was inconvenient for me since I was paying more money due to exchange fees.
I paid the second half, and then came the silence. Never heard from them for over a month.
Had to contact them three times via mail and every single time they told me they were busy, “packing like crazy”, and would have reached for me later. Neve happened.
So finally I was able to get in touch with the team after an entire month, the guy from the customer care was super nice and told me one of the plants I chose wasn’t available, causing the delays. It would have been better if they told me that before, but it’s not a big deal. I opted for a refund for the missing plant and they shipped the package two days later.

UPDATE AFTER TWO MONTHS:

Plants came in not so good conditions, probably because the trip was long and, since they waited more than a month to ship the plants, the weather got very bad where I live, with high temperature (almost 37 degrees ) and plants were very dehydrated.
I had difficulties trying to recognize the plants I bought cause they were sooo tiny and barely rooted, it shocked me cause they were pretty pricey but way smaller that the usual baby plants you can find in other shops.
I tried my best to rescue them but I had to throw away two as soon as they came, and the other two died within a month, leaving me pretty sad and angry.
The only one who is doing fine (fingers crossed) is the most common type of philodendron, which I bought for 11€.
Since I paid 120€ for all the plants I can say it was a terrible experience, and I lost more than 100€ over microscopic plants who didn’t make it.

Even if the website is cool, they sell many type of plants in preorder, the staff is nice when they answer, I feel like not recommending this shop.
Maybe if you live in a country closer to their shop you can have a different experience, but it doesn’t change that the prices are way too high for what they offer and you can find rare plants for lower prices in other online shops.

The Anthurium seedlings I ordered arrived in perfect condition. The plants are beautiful, healthy, and full of life. The packaging was done with extreme care, ensuring safe transport. Highly recommend this shop to all plant lovers, I will definitely order again!

The worse experience I ever had buying plants. I ordered my plants in March. Few weeks later I was notified that my monstera was unavailable but they still continued to sell the plant on their website. I got in touch with them few weeks ago to see when my plants will be ready to ship. He said my order is complicated and should be ready soon. I send them a message few days ago asking again when my plants be sent to me, once again they are not ready. They still waiting for begonias. For any one who grow begonias , they know that these type of begonia are quick to grow. I been waiting for my plants nearly 3 month. Plants do loose value with time. I be able to buy these plant in UK for half of the price right now. If you thinking of buying plants from this company, I would wait and buy them cheaper from your country. Don't bother.
