I m not a fan of ordering plants on line as you never know what you will get, I must say my plant came in perfect condition beautifully wrapped. I would not hesitate to order from Plants Galore again

Poor response from Customer Services
I purchased an Iris Germanica along with a selection of other plants. Stock of the particular Iris I was looking for were low. others remaining did not look in a healthy condition. Nevertheless I decided to take a chance on a plant in the colour I wanted and asked the opinion of a staff member. He said it would hopefully improve once in the ground. Planted in well prepared ground of the 3 Iris purchased, two are thriving the one I queried did not. After a week I dug it up and took it back to Plants Galore in Martock.
Following their advice, I wrote to Plants Galore, supplied photos of the three Iris for comparison and an explanation. Sadly the response was dismissive, stating I had over watered it, had not returned it or contacted them within 3 days, therefore no replacement or refund would be forthcoming. I replied that 3 days was not sufficient to allow a newly planted Iris to establish, I certainly did not over water it and felt that their response was unfair and not in customers interests. I was disappointed at their misjudgement of a genuine request for a fair outcome. Maybe other customers should bear this in mind for fear of falling foul of a similar situation.
I would like to state that I have always found staff at the Martock Plants Galore very helpful.

Overcharged for items bought
Overcharged for items bought, unfortunately didn't check until I returned home.
Customer service could not trace the transaction; could it be because I paid cash?
Had items on 2 for 1 until I got to the tills only to be told this doesn't apply to these items.
All in all extremely disappointing experience and cannot recommend. If you do visit be extremely careful at the till.

Very easy to order online
Very easy to order online. I was contacted by the sales team as the size of plants I ordered were not available but they suggested an alternative and refunded me the difference quickly. The plants were very healthy and in good condition

We’d like to highlight that this was your second order with us, and your first order went through without any issues, which is the standard we always aim to provide.
For this order, we kept you fully updated throughout. The Hebe plant you ordered was due in on a delivery from our grower, which arrived slightly later than expected, and we made sure to communicate this to you. This did delay dispatch slightly, but you were kept informed at each stage.
Once dispatched, your parcel was sent on a 24-hour service with Parcelforce. While their tracking was unfortunately not kept fully up to date, we ensured you were informed that it had been sent on this service and provided all available details.
Parcelforce did attempt delivery, however this was during a short time when you were out, which you confirmed to us. We understand how frustrating timing issues like this can be.
Regarding the postage cost, as a delivery was attempted, we’re unable to offer a refund.
We would also like to clarify that we do not provide misleading information. When you were advised that Michele was out of the office, this was because she was working in our packing area handling orders, and therefore unavailable to take calls at that time.
Better late than never
Excellent product but had to remind them to send the plant I ordered otherwise great and well packaged

The rose I ordered as a gift
The rose I ordered as a gift arrived in a perfect and very healthy condition. also even though I made a mistake on the delivery address and had to email them with the correct information it not any bother at all. Will defiantly use this company again. Highly recommended

Easy to order. Had an email from Customer Services as some of my order wasn't available immediately, and we agreed some replacements, plus I was able to purchase extra items over the phone. The plants arrived beautifully packaged and in great condition.
