The best place to shop for plant supplies! I’m ordering from Germany and the orders always ship quickly. Once the delivery company lost the package and guys were so kind to return the money:) The customer service is excellent! The aroid substrate I‘ve got from them is also very good and in convenient packaging. I will continue ordering from them and I totally recommend this shop:)

Absolutely love these products from Plantscraper. I've ordered a couple of times now and everything is always delivered in good state! I'm a big fan of the self-watering pots, it really makes my life easier with all these plants. I'd love to see these pots being developed in different colours as well, some earthy tones for a pop of color would be amazing. Keep it up guys :)

I've ordered twice now and I'm really happy with the quality of all products I received. Moss pole sets, aroid pots, pot covers, aroid mix, moss pole mix, tree fern fiber, chunky perlite, repotting mat, house plant elixir,... They all are top quality! Everything was packed and wrapped with great care and arrived in good shape. Their customer service is excellent as well. There was a little mix up with the size of one of the products however Monika handled this incredibly well and was extremely friendly and patient. Thanks Monika, for fixing the mix up in such a pleasant way! I'll definitely order again...

No recomiendo este sitio para nada. Una decepción total. Puse un review y veo que lo han quitado o eso parece y no es correcto hacerlo porque cuando hacemos una compra estamos en nuestro derecho de valorarla. El bote de supervit estaba abierto, los moss poles las tirar se han roto en varios sitios. La atención al cliente pésima. Vamos, un gasto de dinero tirado a la basura. (No me estoy inventando nada, puedo perfectamente enviar fotos como prueba), encima me llaman a las 8 de la mañana por teléfono, no creo que sea una hora para llamar a nadie, un email un solo email me habéis enviado y yo he respondido explicado lo que me ha pasado. Ahora va y me llaman de mentiroso…en serio?? Aseguraré de compartir este review en mis grupos de plantas de las redes sociales. Gracias por llamarme mentiroso a la cara. Muy pero muy profesional si señor. Tenéis que aceptar que no siempre las cosas llegan bien al comprador, y ese fue mi caso y esa a sido mi experiencia. A mi no me habéis dado NINGUNA SOLUCIÓN, solo me habéis preguntado que ha pasado y yo simplemente RESPONDÍ. Solución cero…así que no me digan que me inventé que eso es muy feo. No es la primera vez que compro en vuestra tienda, la primera vez ha ido todo bien (a parte de la atención al cliente que veo que sigue igual). A mí no me habéis aportado ninguna solución a esto, solo os interesa que yo retire o cambie mi valoración, es solo por vuestro interés que estáis más pendientes. Y yo no estoy cambiado o añadiendo cosas distintas, es lo que paso y así es como os cuento. Repito, SERVICIO DE PENA! No os escribiré más, ya por email me habéis molestado y por teléfono incluso. No es normal. Por favor dejad de molestarme.
