SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered plants in March and still trying to get a response, nothing! No response no anything. Don't waste your time or money.

Wonderful company. The plants were shipped well protected and beautiful. They always answere all my questions in a timely manner via text and were always kind and considerate. Will definitely order again!

Scam company. Should’ve known with a name like Plants4home. Ordered and was promptly charged but never heard back after that. Disputed the charge.

I ordered in March. They claimed delivery in April.
Nothing arrived and contacting anyone concerned is impossible.
It is clearly a scam and I'm modified that their ads were allowed on the site.
I've been told it was delivered and they offered a bogus 5% of my £44 back. It was not delivered they have deleted my emails of complaint somehow
This was my stupidity for trusting them. It came from China or rather it didn't.
Facebook, ban these scamming people please I'm a pensioner and ordered the trugs for my disabled wife....I cannot afford to lose that money.
Be warned, don't use these con artists!!!

This company is a scam. Advise to use other companies after researching. Placed an order and was charged on my CC. Order was never shipped. Tried twice to contact the company. Never received a reply. Filed dispute with CC company and Attorney General's Office.

I ordered 2 plants, one last year and one this year. I am extremely pleased with both plants.

I am responding to a couple of complaints made by other folks, by sharing my experience that initially seemed to be negative, but as it turned out, it was not the seller's fault and with patience, everything became positive:

Most of the emails I never received from Plants4home were eventually found in my junk folder.

I bought a trumpet vine in March 2022, and by July 2022, it looked dead. I'm glad I did not complain because it emerged in the Spring of 2023 and looks healthy now in late September 2023 even though 2 months ago a huge old oak tree fell on top of it, crushing it and the fence on which it was growing.

In retrospect, I had no problems and will continue to order from Plants4Home.

I buy a lot of plants online. I was suspect about this company immediately as they didn’t send a receipt or shipping date. They charged my credit card. I never got my plant. They never responded to any of my queries about not receiving my plant. I think that the site is a scam.

I ordered a plant in August and it was shipped quickly and arrived in New Mexico from Washington State in perfect condition. It is beautiful and has flowers on it. And customer service via texting was terrific. I will order from these people again. I have no question on that.

Seems to be a Scam company.
Paypal got my money refunded.
I ordered 4 plants. No communication. Filed complaint.

Last August I ordered and received what I hoped would be a beautiful trumpet vine. I followed the instructions for planting; the plant made a weak attempt to thrive before our weather changed to fall/winter and then was dead by spring. I left a phone message and an email for the company. Neither was not responded to, but I did receive a text from a person (who was very kind), but was told there was no warranty on the $50 plant. I will never order from them again nor would I make any positive recommendations for others to do so.

I purchased three Calluna Vulgaris "Firefly" Heather a month ago. After three weeks, had not heard anything so I emailed (couldn't find a phone number) and asked the status. Only response was that a shipping label had been generated but no shipping information. I had done some background checking and it wasn't good so I demanded my money back. Still no response. Received three plants four days later without any communication. I planted the plants but as a backup, checked with the local Maryland State Extension Service to see if these plants were what I purchased. I was told they were Cryptomeria, Japanese Cedar. No communication, and wrong plants and one of the plants has died in the last four days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered two Christmas Cactus and when they arrived they were frozen due to the extreme cold. The one hot pack wasn't enough to keep them from freezing. I emailed them 4 times, no response. I filed a dispute with PayPal and after they attempted to contact them and they did not respond I got my money back. I sent photos and documents of my attempts. I love PayPal because they protect the consumer. I can't recommend Plants4home to anyone.

I got some nice plants, and they included a discount coupon, so I ordered more. The discount wasn’t applied. I have no new plants, nor any shipping update-though my card was charged the day of the order. I hope I get my plants, but this is my final interaction. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I ordered a Dogwood in June. My credit card was charged but I never received the plant. There has been no response to my emails asking for a refund.

I chose this one because I thought it was a family owned business. There are plenty of other online nurseries to shop from. Shop somewhere else.

I ordered 12 lavender plants on May 22, 2022. The information read that I would receive them in 2-3 weeks. I reached out by email but got no response. I sent a text to the number on the website which prompted an email saying the plants had shipped. The tracking number showed that, a week later, the shipper had still not received the plants - only labels had been created. I texted again, asking for a refund, and suddenly 8 plants showed up at my house. However, 3 months after I placed and paid for 12 plants, I'm still missing 4.

Ordered plants from Plants4Home June 8, 2022. With the expectation they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. After 5 weeks, I have no plants. I've reached out as directed by their web site to inquire about the status of the order several times and get no response. I can understand delays in product availability or in shipping but the complete lack of customer service is disappointing and unacceptable. Prior experiences with Plants4Home were very good but this experience will have looking elsewhere in the future.

I ordered several ferns 5 weeks ago. I did not expect them for a few weeks due to it being early spring. But I've received the plants I ordered from two other websites and they have been in the ground for a couple of weeks now. Nothing from Plants4home. I have emailed them to inquire about a ship date, but NOTHING in response. They did not hesitate to take my money but can't be bothered to respond more than a month later. NOT impressed. I will get a refund from my credit card or PayPal but they lose all of my future business.

I ordered plants from plants4home.com/ in the summer of 2021 and had good luck with them.

I placed an order for 20 bedding plants in early December 2021 totaling $168 with shipping. When it had not come by the Christmas holidays, I emailed them and ask them to hold the order until Jan 1st when I would be back in town. They agreed to hold the order for me.
When I arrived back home, I contacted them and ask them to send it now. They said they would get it ready and send it out. But they did not.
I have been sending them emails all of January and they do not even answer me back. In my last email, I ask for a refund. Still nothing!
So I guess I lost my $168 to Plants4Home. I don't know what has happened to them. Did they go out of business?
