Do not deal with this company
Would give less than one star is possible. They shipped my plants on the few days that were below -20°c and when they arrived they looked ok but over the next two days they completely dried up and all three of our plants didn’t make it. But there policy is you have to message them the same day as arrival but a plant that gets frost bite is not always noticeable the first day or even first few days so it is completely a joke.
On top of all of this the customer service is brutally rude and argumentative.
GIVE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWERE!!!

Not the best company to deal with.
* Out of two plants, only one arrived. After claiming I got the second one.
* Shipping has room for damages. My plants arrived shook up.
* Their “guarantee” is not a post-sale safety net for the buyer. They wouldn’t accept any possible flaw on the plants or shipping, and after shipping it is not on them.
* Their understanding is that post-sale “recommendations to specific situations are not included in the price and they are not obligated to do so”.
* Customer Service’s behaviour demonstrated arrogance and arbitrariness. Not a pleasant conversation since the beginning.

Spend your money elsewhere
This company does not deserve the business they receive. Their customer service is a joke. Any company that starts insulting its customers because someone was dissatisfied with their product is an absolute piece of poop. I genuinely do not know why they thought it would be appropriate to harass their customers online, and then post a screenshot of their customers name. It’s only a matter of time before they are shut down because Canada does not play around with privacy. Please spend your money elsewhere.
