I was out and my kids were at home since we were going to be late I ordered pizza from 658 Aylestone Road, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE2 8PR the delivery guy gave wrong order had to call pizza hut to chase the other after I called them in 25min the order was delivered but the pizza got cold I called them to take the delivery back but the manager called me and offered me the same order next time he told me to call anytime and they will deliver but one day I called the stuff was not aware I tried to call the manager but no response.
I went ahead to make a complaint on pizza hut web they said we cannot give the things which the manager promised they said we are going to give £10 as a goodwill it was very annoying where I paid for a cold pizza .
This is my worst experience

Nice food and the stand in from Yeovil was delightful and helpful.

However I cracked my head on the second tier of the salad bar and have a really bad headache. It's so dangerous and easy to ignore.

Filled in a complaint form but it did not send and has disappeared!

Zamówiliśmy herbatę mrożona.. woda świeżo co była chyba gotowana jeden plaster zdechełej cytryny..dramat nie polecam bo bardziej się rozgrzejesz niż ochłodzisz..

Najgorsza siec fastfooda. Oszustwo i tyle. Kupiłam dwie małe piccy 10cm niby w cenie jednej. Druga pizza za 1zl. Wybrałam pizzę za 37zl + 1 z tego mamy 38 plus za opakowania 4zl. Chyba ze moja matematyka się nie zgadza ale zapłaciłam 44zl!!! Za dwie malutkie cienkie pizzy z których dziecko się nie na je. Życzę każdemu nigdy nie zamówić tam nic oprócz wody. I życzę miłego bankructwa! 💪

Pizza kiebab to jakaś kpina chyba ledwo co mięsa niedosc że znalazłem włosy to do tego kawałek piura od ptaka

Took my daughter and 3 grandkids as a birthday treat to Feltham branch, was never informed about the 'Kids Eat Free' offer by the waitress - ended up spending £61 which would have only (obviously still a lot of money!) been £39.98 - their excuse is that I would have received an email about the offer if i was on their mailing list, when in fact this is false, all I needed was a code at checkout that the waitress could have told us about?? Youngest was 2 so he hardly ate anything. Really disgusted.

Service needs to be focused on at this location. Took 30 minutes from ordering to receive the mains. Pizza arrived barely luke warm indicating it had been sitting for some time. We asked for this to be remade. Told it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later we were tight for time and asked for this to be boxed to take away. Took a further 10 minutes waiting for it to be brought over. We were offered an apology along with two small bottles of Pepsi that were arguably warmer than the original pizza. At time of arrival and initially ordering the restaurant was not busy and customers already seated were eating. Overall this was an abysmal experience with terrible service. There are other businesses that charge much less than this in this economy and can deliver steaming hot pizzas within 30 minutes on busier nights of the week.

Poor customer service nobody to deal with issues nobody answers the phone

Zamówiłam MELTS MEAT THE CHEESE (1 SZT.) na wynos,godzinę 18:45.Lokalizacja to Rzeszów Millenium Hall.
Swoje zamówienie otrzymałam z 10 minutowym opóźnieniem,zamiast pieczywa czosnkowego dostałam łódeczki ziemniaczane,bo jak powiedziała pani przy kasie,"pieczywa już nie ma".
Jeszcze większa niespodzianka czekała mnie po otwarciu pudełka,łodeczki ziemniaczane wyglądały jak resztki pozbierane z różnych talerzy: połamane,w kawałkach wyglądały jak nadgryzione.
Wszystko poszło w kosz.
Więcej już nic tam nie zamówię.

Jakby można było dałabym bez żadnej gwiazdki ale niestety ta jedna musi bgc , tragicznie nudno i długo się czeka na panią w Czernych włosach i krzywo przyklejonych rzęsach , jestem znudzona i śpiąca wami

Maskara mała pizza wygląda jak by kot napłakał za taką cenę bym miała inną nawet tańsza !!!!

Bought a Pizza Hut deal for £19.99 was told it would be 10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes and left without my order while waiting lots of talking in the back one man went to buy supplies when my order came out. It was not a thin crust pizza like I asked for. I was told I would only get £10 back, not my £19.99. On complaining to the company when I responded back to their complaint I’m still awaiting a
on a answer and my money. Do not go to this particular pizza hut disgusting service.

Pizza Hut war stets für mich die beste Pizza auf der ganzen Welt. Rand stets verbrannt, der Teig ist nicht mehr so wie vor einigen Jahren.

Letzte Pizza war in Hamburg auf der Reeperbahn.

Dno, dna na całą pizzę tak maksymalnie nie przesądzając , 1 pieczarka bardzo cieniutko skrojona, sera z maks 50 g, reszty zero, pizza dla dwojga , dno dna, za to moja ulubiona supersuprime na przełomie ostatnich lat tak się zmieniła że więcej pizza hut, nie odwiedzę

czekałem pół godziny żeby zapłacic obsluga fatalna jedzenie okej.

Like the pizza a lot but their wings are so dry. Can they spare some sauce?
