Customer service was very friendly and reactive and instantly solved my issue. There are a ton of options to choose when you want to enhance your video quality, they'll help you to choose the right one for you. Definitely recommended!

On their home page, they claim that you can use every tool for a 2 minutes video and pay less than 10$. BUT when you actually use the software, you need more than 40$ to use them all.
I didn't want to pay more so I tried with only 10$ and the video they gave me is worse than the original

I had a little problem understanding the layout but I got a quick response from the chat messager. My upscaled video came out good. I am satisfied with how it all came out. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs a video upgrade.

Pixop is a really quick and easy tool that I came across. The product is great and the customer service is even better.

Most softwares for upscaling videos requires downloading and then keeping your system busy but with pixop, I can upload, setup, and let it run somewhere in some data center while I get on with other stuff.

Also, it is pretty simple to use and then you can reach out to their support who are friendly, prompt and helpful.

I have the tool in my arsenal now and will be using them for my current needs and future needs.

I didn't like the experience. Prices are not as flexible as advertised and the result was not as good as I thought. And as there is a minimum amount of 10 dollars that I have to deposit and I used only 6, my money was retained that I will not use because I did not find the site very interesting. And the dollar is very expensive here in Brazil.

Really nice, flexible and easy to use Service for upscaling.

The quality of the service was great! It is as good or better than any other video upscaling service I've found. But the MOST important thing to me is the fact that they charge PER USE. They don't try to make you sign up for a monthly service plan, just because you have a very occasional (or even one time) need to upscale a video. It's the most fair, consumer minded pricing plan I've seen on the mondern internet!

Lastly, their customer service is incredible! Top tier! I was struggling to determine the right configuration settings for my particular video and so I opened up their chat window to ask a question. This was on a SUNDAY EVENING. I didn't expect any sort of timely answer. Well, within a couple of a minutes an ACTUAL HUMAN, Morten, jumped on the chat and spent a significant amount of time explaining the configuration settings to me and helping me understand exactly what I needed.

The service is literally currently unbeatable.

I experienced problems playing a processed video, but it was soon taken care of by customer support. I am very happy with the processed video and especially like the function to increase¥ the frame rate.

I needed to upgrade a video from 720p. I was unable to download the 8k file I made, and I accrued extra storage charges during the process. I had already spent my last money on the conversion, so I didn't know what to do... Morten was very helpful! He re-sized my video to 4k for free, gave me a file that was easy to download, and refunded all the extra fees... Very attentive customer service that is willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy... I highly recommend their services!

I searched far and wide for a high quality web-based service for upscaling my video footage. Without a doubt, Pixop delivered the best results for me and for a reasonable price too. I've successfully upscaled dozens of clips from 480p to 1080p, as well as 1080p to 4K. Their platform is really simple to use and has a clean user interface. The customer service is top-notch, with an actual human being (Morten) available on chat who is quick to respond and very helpful. Aside from upscaling videos, I've also used Pixop a little bit to quickly cut short clips out of my video files, which is especially handy if you have an older computer/laptop that struggles with efficiently processing/rendering large video files.

I do believe their software might be good.
Created an account, paid 10 dollar, uploaded a 90min low-rez presentation from youtube from 10 years ago.

Only then do you truly find out what their costs are. 180 dollars they wanted for a normal 1080p upscaling of this video.

Ehm, so if I do this 5 times, I better buy a new quick graphics card and do it myself, right. Maybe the AI hype is so big, I assumed it to have gone affordable. NOPE.

I don't like companies who are sneaky and unclear about their costs. And they obfuscate in the style of American School of Obfuscation Business-practices. Graduates.

it's very expensive and that's why I won't use it, I paid 10 euros for a 4 min video. and it only rendered me 10 seconds. I don't know if I'm wrong but I don't understand correctly.

Quality of super resolution did not meet my expectation. The processing time was relatively fast but that tells me that the AI in the background is probably not state of the art.

The customer service was excellent when I had a problem, and they did everything to provide a solution I was very happy with in the end.

Pixop is a good option for boosting the quality of your animations.
It's been super helpful in upscaling my AI-generated animations. Fairly intuitive interface, and great results. I'm just dipping my toes into the AI-animation world, so the pay-as-you-go option is great for beginners.

Contacted to get the refund nobody responded in a couple of days. Then responded and got the refund and offered credits for free to process the video. I believe my initial review made them respond to my message.

I have not tried the service which may be an excellent service. This review is based on the response to my message.

Not impressed. No difference in video quality. I've seen black and white film upscaled to better quality than my project.
